"Depending on the experience the lawful good had with the goblins, even if the area they were in had a slaughter on sight order, they wouldn't kill them right away. If the goblin was attacking them unprovoked, they would defend themselves of course. With the area having no laws for the protection of goblins, they would be slaughtered akin to animals rather than arrested and tried for crimes."

"On the other hand, the area where they saw goblins as intelligent species, if the goblin was violent it would mean they would try to arrest the goblin and try them for their crimes in a criminal system. They would go for the rehabilitation of the goblin rather than just putting them down like animals."

"The lawful neutral in an area of no goblin rights would more than likely kill the goblin or at least report it to a person who would kill the goblins. If there was monetary gain for the killing of a goblin, the lawful neutral would go and kill them."
