Hero of beasts
Boom a huge sound filled they sky as the two scorizers blew up and it started raining scorizer parts and blood.
The dagger of James was about to strike the weak point of the scorizer but due to the sudden release of dense mana flowing in the surroundings his attack missed and landed on a different spot and bounced off the scorizer's hard skin.
James looked back and saw his brother Jacob safe and standing up, trying to get rid of the disgusting blood of scorizers on him.
James had given his other dagger to his brother Jacob, so he had to fight his bare hands.
He had killed a lot of scorizers with his bare hands so this was not his first fight where he had to kill one with his bare hands.
He was about to kill the scorizer in front of him when he heard a strange sound from the ground behind the scorizer , it was a screech which made James stop in his tracks.
He slowly moved backwards away from the scorizer in front of him.
He felt all the hairs on his body standing up.
It was a feeling which he had never felt before.

Ignoring all the notifications from the system,
Jacob stood up, gawking at all the scorizer blood and parts which fell in front of him and on him for unknown reasons.
(time sage ,what the hell happened here?)
(Well, you absorbed mana at a very alarming rate and the scorizers got attracted to it and they tried to sap that, so the excess mana you accumulated in your body left you and got sapped by the scorizers.)
(So how did they die ,I mean how did they burst like that?)
(Well, the excess mana you had absorbed was way too extreme ,that the scorizers couldn't bear the external pressure on their mana core and they bursted and died.)
(Does that mean I too would have died like them?)
(Yes ,you would have died if you were normal human ,but due to your strange mana core and due to the system preventing the mana overload by dispersing the mana around your body and into the surroundings around you.
Your life was not put into any danger.)

'What?'said Jacob.
The strange voice came from the direction James was standing.
Jacob heard the same screech James was hearing, but instead of a screech he heard a voice.

Jacob rushed towards his brother.
James felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned back taking a defensive stance.
'Jacob....you just gave me the creeps , something is wrong , Something strong is surfacing . I will hold him back , get to the kingdom and try to bring in....'
'Wait, listen carefully it's speaking.'
*screech**screech*
'What ?all I hear is screeches, I think it is better.....'
Jacob didn't hear what his brother was saying as he went into a trance where he only concentrated on the sound.
'Don't kill him, stop attacking ',said the voice.
'They are the ones who attacked us',shouted Jacob loudly and angrily.
James was also not able to understand the language Jacob was speaking in. so he was looking at Jacob strangely as if he had gone nuts
The voice replied to Jacob,' That young kid comes here at regular intervals and he keeps attacking my children and kills them.
So every time he arrives I send my strongest warriors to fight him ,so that we may kill him and be free of him.
But everytime he comes here ,he is stronger and he kills my wonderful children.'
'I am sorry my brother came here only for training and when he saw your strong warriors , he wanted to train in combat ,so he fought them and when he saw them as a threat to his life he killed them.
He also thought your children as a threat to the kingdom ,so he killed them every time he came here, as he didn't know about them.
I apologize for his misbehaviour mam'.replied Jacob trying to make peace with whoever the voice belonged to.
'What about the two you killed?'asked the voice.
'Well, I didn't kill them ,they killed themselves by sapping too much mana from me, too much greed kills have you not heard it'.replied Jacob throwing a joke in as if he was talking to his old friend.
'Who are you talking to Jacob?',asked James very worried about his brother , but the screech sounds started coming in a rhythm as if it was responding to Jacob, so he had to guess some one was talking to Jacob.
'Shhh brother be quiet',said Jacob trying to again concentrate on the screech.
" I am the mother of all scorizers and I have lived a very long life, this is the second time a human has amused me with his words.
I knew you were like that young brat ,when I felt the strange mana from your core.
That's why I came out to solve this squabble between your kin and my children without causing any further damage to my children by your kingdom,
As you are the only one who can understand me, I am talking with you.
I want peace ☮️ between my kind and your kingdom ,'Hero of beasts' "asked the voice in a gentle way releasing all the tension in the air.
'What I am not a hero ? I am just a normal person,second in line to be a king....

Wait a minute, What I am a hero now?'blurted Jacob suprised at the notification which appeared in front of him.

'You didn't know about this until now , how silly of you boy.'said the mother of all scorizers easing again after hearing his reply.
'I guess you two are the same, the same sloppy , childish characters with a genius mind. 'said the mother of all scorizers ,remembering a delightful memory of the past.
'I am not sloppy and childish like whoever you are referring to. 'replied Jacob with a frown on his face as he had to handle another huge responsibility.
