"How could she?" Eva tried to speak when they parted from the kiss. Her eyes were almost welled up.

"Shush, trust me. I'll do everything alright. Just give me some time. No more questions. I don't have an interest in her, you know it." Aeryn put his finger on her lips and whispered in her ear.

Eva wanted to ask many things, but she decided to trust Aeryn. Eva nodded her head, and the elevator door opened.

Aeryn held her hand and went to the parking area.

After hopping into his car, they buckled their seat belts. Aeryn accelerated the car.

"So what were you saying, we're going for a honeymoon?" Aeryn teased her to lighten her mood.

"So what? You told me yesterday that we could go shopping or take a vacation." Eva shrugged her shoulders and tried to concentrate on them instead of thinking about that bitch.

"So where do you want to go?" Aeryn asked, with a bright smile plastered on his lips.

"Anywhere," Eva said, closing her eyes.
