For a person at home, it was natural for Dave to go to the police station with Hester for fun.

In the evening, after checking Dave's homework, Hester let him go to sleep. Hester opened Farley's bedroom door.

The pillow with sunflowers in the bedroom had already been thrown away by him and the sheets on the bed had been changed.

Farley was reading a book in his hand, leaning against the bed.

Warm yellow light from the bed lamp shone on his body as if there was a halo dancing on his eyebrows.
