Don't Be Shy

"How am I supposed to tell my mom that you decided not to go?" Dave turned around with a look of disdain.

Selina looked at him with a secret feeling of joy. However, Dave's frustration had also made her a bit concerned.

"Let's go. My mom is waiting for you." Dave frowned as he reached out to take her hand.

"But... Dave... Maybe I should change first." Selina said anxiously.

Dave refused to let go and snorted, "What's there to change? You only have this set of clothes and the school uniform left."

Selina did not argue. Dave was right.

Dave pushed her into the car and said to the driver, "We're going back to Moon Bay."

The driver nodded.

Selina looked at the driver in the black suit and the expensive car. Then she asked in a low voice, "Da... Dave, is he your driver?"

She heard rich families all had servants, drivers, and housekeepers. She wondered if it would be rude to visit them with what she was wearing.
