The last one, Damion, stood leaning on the doorframe.

It was like he didn't exist. We kept it like that, returning his energy since the way he acted was obvious.

I couldn't contain my questions. 

"What was that? The whole free pass thing?"

"This inn keeper forges fake passes into Nedir."

"What are you going to pay him with?"

"A jade," Sang said. "A rare one."

I responded with an 'oh'. I sighed, letting my back touch the bed. I heard a bed creak, bringing my head up to see Sang walking outside. Seconds later, I felt like going after her, so I did. When I stood up, I heard my brother's voice.

"Derek?" My brother called lightly. 

"Mn?" The latter's voice became soft on impulse.

"Why don't you lie down and rest?"
