I must've looked stupid.

I was still looking at the boy on the roof. Plastering on a serious expression, I dropped my hands to my sides and sighed.

"What is up with you?"

By now, Derek and Sang's attention was given to me. As expected, the prince didn't pay any of that, making sure not to slack like before.

Why did I think so much about that moment?

Damion finally jumped down from the rooftop, his face conveying how irritated he was. It was easily seen that he was against the prince's order. The nearer he came to us, the more his head bowed. With every one of his annoyed bones, he brought himself to stand only a few feet away from our cluster.

Sang approaches me from behind, swinging her arm around my neck.

When I balanced myself again, she asked, "Are you okay?"

I smiled through it. "Yeah."

"What was that behavior all about? You don't normally look like that."

"I was… thinking."
