BOOOM!!!

I expanded into a shining dark blue liquid and hovered over everyone else.

If I had to describe, I would say I look like the alien named upgrade from a cartoon series I used to watch, but without the marking.

(A/N: Basically, upgrade from ben ten series but with a skin a little bit darker than alien x)

The goblin trying to slash me immediately disintegrated, everyone became apprehensive at the sudden darkness in the dungeon, but before they could even begin to understand what was going on, everything began to disintegrate.

I could see the surroundings disintegrating, turning into molecules before my body sucked it all in, be it the team members, the goblins, the dungeon itself everything was disintegrating.

I began to panic when I saw that it wasn't stopping after sucking in all the humans and goblins, as even I didn't have any idea what was going on, that was when I heard a voice in my mind.

[You! What are you?!]

[what are you doing?!]

[Stop that this instant!]

it spoke in an angry tone, and it seemed like it knew who I was, or knew something about me.

It was annoyed, I could tell that much.

But I didn't know what to do to help, my body was voraciously absorbing more parts of the dungeon that were turning into particles at a rapid pace.

"I DON'T KNOW HOW" I shouted right back before a reply came shortly after;

[ Tch...just stay still for three seconds]

"Okay", I replied while panicking in my grotesque form, not long after, my body stretching like rubber, the whole place lit up with yellow particles, and then;

WAP!

I had been teleported somewhere else, with the next thing coming into view being; Scorpions!!!

Lots and lots of Scorpions!!!.

...!

They paused at first, all of them looking with curiosity at the dark blue abomination that had chosen to intrude into their territory.

They looked a bit different from your normal Scorpion, with the greatest of them being; their Size.

Standing at two meters sharp, with a pincer at both sides, four legs of each side, a long stinger standing tall and they were covered in a shining exoskeleton that seemed to be made of metal.

We stood staring for a whole minute and then

SCREECH!!

They released an ear-piercing screech before scurrying towards my position in swarms, more coming out of the sand.

Wait a minute, sand?

I had completely forgotten to examine the surrounding area at the time, but when I did, I wished I didn't.

I was in the middle of an f.u.c.k.i.n.g island!!, in the middle of a f.u.c.k.i.n.g ocean...!

...!

"F.U.C.K.I.N.G HELL!"

I could help but scream while running away, I felt seriously stifled and frustrated at my current predicament, this was the first day of my second life, and this happened.

Running in my current form was anything but easy, I could see the Scorpions getting closer at a terrifying pace, more were converging from the east, I didn't know if I could survive in my current form underwater, but, it was the only available choice.

I narrowed my view and focused on getting into the water, but the island was far more extensive than I thought.

Luckily, it wasn't too far away, I had hope, maybe just maybe, I could make it.

But were things ever that simple?

A monster erupted out of the sand with its mouth opened wide for the kill.

It was a sandworm; almost 15 meters in height, with rows and rows of teeth in a mouth opened wide, with no eyes, ears, or hands.

It was one of the creatures I had gleaned some information on while looking for a dungeon reservation on the hunter's web.

What do I do!?

This question was quizzing my brain as the sandworm mouth was opened wide to swallow.

Alas, I couldn't think of anything to save myself, I could only freeze in shock the second time and then;

HUM

It swallowed me whole, but contrary to my expectations, I didn't feel anything at all even though multiple rows of sharp teeth grind into me, but I'm sure that if it could talk, it would have cursed itself for being so unlucky, for what happened next was an eye-opener for both me and the monster.

It began to disintegrate rapidly, my body or whatever the liquid was began to devour it from the inside out, and then

SCREECH!!!

it's started screeching like never before, no it's better to say it was crying, and crying very loudly at that.

The Scorpions halted at once, wondering what had happened to make the sandworm cry this much, and they soon understood when they saw the sandworm gradually disintegrate like ash thrown in wind.

They couldn't wrap their heads around what had happened, especially because the abomination was standing in front of them without a single scratch from the last ordeal, with it looking at his body like it didn't understand it.

Hmm...if I touch these guys will the same thing happen? I began to speculate on it and then I looked at the Scorpions in front of him and all my fears just started seeping away, with my next act being;

SHOUT!!!

I began running while shouting with his eyes closed, but not towards the ocean but towards the Scorpions instead hoping for the same result as the sandworm, and I wasn't disappointed this time.

As I crashed into the swarms of scorpions, they began to disintegrate en masse, and I continued on to obliterate all monsters on sight.

while that was happening, the world was in an uproar, the news of a dungeon disappearance had spread around like wildfire, with the only surviving mage at the center of it.

Naturally, if it was only that then the new wouldn't have gone sky-high, but hunters couldn't access their interface and monsters didn't drop any items or cores the next day.

Zephyr didn't know this because he hadn't had time to check, plus his interface was full of question marks.

SOMEPLACE ELSE

A place more silent than a graveyard, with nothing in sight that could be seen to be moving, an eye the size of an island suddenly opened up, with a purplish glow and a pitch-black slit in the middle that could make anyone who looked shiver, before staring for a long while before closing back up.

A being of untold power and greatness has woken up.

Things were about to get tumultuous, with the future filled with uncertainties, and the one at the center of it all was currently on an island obliterating monsters with glee.
