In a courtyard filled with different plants and trees, even a pond there was a handsome young boy looking between 5-7 years old meditating on the grass and sharp golden spiritual essence was revolving around him as well as being absorbed through his nose. It was comparable to a waterfall being absorbed.

Of course the handsome young boy was Tian Jian and this was him at 5 years old. He's effectively gotten used to his body and he's even gone up a few cultivation levels. Compressing the essence is to make sure your essence whether spiritual or celestial is pure and not diluted and the further you compress it the more powerful and pure it is, it has 9 level's you compress it once you only get a little pure and a little more powerful then normal but level 9 is the utmost pure and the most powerful.

Solidifying the blood is when your blood becomes thick like lead and colored like gold it's considered the most dangerous due to it being your blood one wrong move can make you bleed out and too much loss of blood is life threatening.

Tian Jian is almost at the stage of solidifying his blood. He just needs a little more time, maybe if he finds a treasure like his father had mentioned before he could finish it sooner rather than later.

As if reading his mind suddenly the door to his courtyard opened and a tall handsome figure appeared, it was his father.

Tian Mao looked at Tian Jian and nodded approvingly 'Peak spirit realm, completion of hardening the skin, tempering of the bones, compression of essence, and he's close to solidifying the blood. Due to his blood being cleaned if you would look inside you would see his blood is flowing faster then ever and is in the color and shade of gold which gave him a sense of power he never had before. He felt the shackles of his realm slightly getting loose.

He closed his eyes and started meditating, his dad who was still standing by the door watching him thought to himself, "Seems Jian' Er will soon break through to the True Spirit realm and will finally catch up to the rest of the younger generation of the lower realm. While it's nothing compared to the upper realm, there is only so much he can do here and he's the first in a thousand years to complete the ultimate foundation which is ultimately better than cultivating at a fast pace."

Quickly Tian Mao analyzed everything about his son while watching him about to break through to the next realm.
