After promising her deceased mother to never reveal a dark part of herself, Eires has gone every single day trying to avoid trouble. That was up until a group of very dumb, very overly confident group of she-wolves decided that they should hunt her down to mess with her despite being the Alpha's daughter. Well that ends right now, she was done trying to play nice just to gain her father's approval. She only had 6 months left before she headed off to college and left the super natural world behind once and for all. Or so she thought because fate had other plans.

The Only Hope

Pacing outside Chief Deluna's office, Jason was coming up with possible difficult scenarios in which he would have to diplomatically resolve. Blair Deluna wasn't only the Chief of Woolridge clan but he was also Eires's father. From what he gathered by talking to the Ridgewood pack members -who has just joined the Blackwood pack, it is a well known fact that Chief Deluna has a strained relationship with his youngest daughter. 


The chief could be grateful that she is finally mated and will no longer need to be part of his responsibility or he could dig his heels further and demand that Jason break their bond because she was already promised to another wolf. Either way Jason knew this was going to be one of the most difficult conversations he'll ever have in his life.
