She stared hard at him with eyes filled with lust and hatred at the same time. She wanted him and at the same time she doesn't.
" I know you like me " he said cockily as he step forward slowly making her hold her breath.

" Stay where you are! Don't come any more closer" she threatened but her voice betrayed her.

" Or else what?" He asked with his signature smirk.

Rahama a beautiful, rich and ambitious woman who steps on anyone she wants. She believes everyone should be under her feet worshipping her. Not until she met Sadiq, her mechanic who shockingly put her in her place the first time they met.

She was flabbergasted that a nobody like Sadiq did something as raised his voice at her , something no one has ever done not even her father . Things became worst when he came to seek for a job in her father's company and was openly employed by her father.

Since the occurrence, her life took a turn she never pictured.

" just few days left and we will be out of naija !!" squealed jafar excitedly . He couldn't wait. 


He finally asked Sakeena out to which she said yes and they are now a couple. He had explained all the story of his life to her.Both his family issues and his about to travel abroad. 


She was happy for him and promised to come visiting once in a while. 


Sadiq shakes his head at Jafar 's silliness " I can see that you're eager"he chuckle 


" yes o" answered jafar "I hope you've told your sis about us leaving soon?" 


Sadiq chuckled, remembering her expression when he told her yesterday. She came to pay him a visit . She has been doing that for almost one month now since they met at the restaurant.She felt bad about him leaving, in a good way though. If she had a chance to follow him, she would have but because they don't want many people to know about it, she is now trying to adapt with the situation. 


" of course I did already. You should have seen how bad she felt.She even insisted on following me but I had to explain that I don't want dad and Mansir to know about it." he felt bad for her. He was already getting used to all her troubles just like before and now that he is about to leave once again felt like he was losing her all over again. He promise to try all his best to keep in touch with her . 


Jafar put his hand on his shoulder in a comforting way " I'm sure she understands, don't beat yourself over it. She is a grown woman, she understands " 


" I know. It just feels as if we are going back to square one " he sigh " I think I'm over thinking things " 


Jafar chuckles " of course you are. You are behaving too emotional for my liking " 


" stop looking at me like that, its the truth ai. I'm even surprised self" shrug Jafar 


" Don't let me pounce on you fa. Kasan na fi ka karfi "sadiq boost 


" over my dead body will I watch and let that happen. Do you think you can over power me? Yaro naka wasa ne" 


Sadiq sniggered "see who is talking. Have you forgotten how I usually save you from those bullies back then in secondary school?. Have you forgotten how Murtala's crew usually bully youand you always come to me for help?." 


Those old days are something Jafar never wants toremember. Whenever sadiq brings it does up, he always feels ashamed of himself. He regrets never standing up for himself during those time, which is why he is so grateful to sadiq for always being there for him. He is more like a brother to him.+ 


Sadiq noticed his solemn look " are you OK jafar? Don't tell me you're still bothered by that?!. I thought you've gotten over it already? " 


Jafar wave it off " don't mind me. I'm just surprised for letting that happened. Its so shameful to say" 


" what are you saying?! Please don't be stupid. I mean, who hasn't gone through stuff like that,even I myself had gone through rough parts." sadiq scoffed " that which had happened in the past should be left in the past so stop pondering over it and grow up"+ 


Jafar made a stand with his hand" hey ,hey hey, stop it right there. I wasn't being a kid so stop telling me to grow up. I'm a grown man already " he added by flexing his muscles. 


Sadiq mock " you see what I meant by grow up. You act like a small child sometime and it makes me question myself on why I am still your friend " 


" because you find me irresistible, that's why. " Jafar said in a duh tone. 


" I don't have your time right now" said sadiq as he went into the bathroom.
