Regret suddenly came flooding through Auguste. Was it even right that he asked that question to Thirdy? Well, his cousin is more reliable when it comes to those things than Geoffroy. What he meant with that is Thirdy is not as mischievous as his brother that he can lend him a plain and honest opinion without teasing him first or after they talked about the issue. And it's more sure that Thirdy will keep everything to himself and not divulge it to anyone else, and definitely not use the information to blackmail him or something.

He hoped Thirdy will not pry some more. He doesn’t want to say any more details as that might make him reveal the truth to his cousin. 


Who looked at him with that suspicious gaze that made Auguste avoid his grey eyes.
