Renessa finally returns to her home after eleven years, only to find that things have changed.
Her father had remarried a woman who seemed to hate her to death. Renessa was actually itching to protest how the man was wasting money, but it wasn't her money. She did not have a say on how the man wanted to spend the money. Moreover, money was a pretty sensitive thing to talk about so she said nothing and started tasting the food in front of her.

In the end Renessa tried some of the food that Andreas offered her. She was skeptical at first and thought she was going to throw up, but once she tasted the first piece of sushi she had to say that she had been stupid enough to refuse this food. Maybe the next time he visits a Japanese restaurant she'll just distance herself from the raw food. Other than that, all the meals looked worth trying.

The two ate while occasionally talking. After Renessa was quite full, she finally put down her chopsticks and rubbed her stomach.

"There are still many dishes left. I guess we won't be able to finish it all," Renessa groaned sadly.
