"Hmm... Is the boss monster actually here?"
Wait this might be a floor boss could it not? A giant metal door with statues of monsters on either side of them.
I played RPG games in the past so I know what I'm talking about but am I strong enough to fight one? if you looked at the previous rooms all I fought were groups zombies around level 5 so this should mean that the boss monster is stronger than a horde of zombies, if that's so I could die, I need to get stronger somehow or escape some other way.
After thinking for a while I realized that I can use magic. "How could I forget about something like that?" but there was a problem I don't know how to so I looked at my status.

"I did level up three after the fight" but that's not what we are looking for.
Before I noticed that I could choose a Magic Class called Jester this is probably because of (Magic Tricks) and some of my other skills. I could use (Magic Tricks) but those are just tricks.
It took me sometime but I remembered that in animes to use mana in your body you have to focus on your heart to sense it or something. It might not actually work but it doesn't hurt to try.
So I sat on the floor and crossed my legs then I closed my eyes and focused on my heart I tried sensing mana but I couldn't so I tried harder because this was my only hope on using magic as I don't know anything about it, I had to use my anime knowledge.
Then I felt something I focused more on it felt a nice feeling of darkness and warmth? Feeling darkeness might not make sense as you can only see it, but this is something else IT'S MAGIC.
And warmth is simple I just felt hot that's it. But there's something I don't understand, I believe that these feeling are meant to represent my attributes, I think the (Status View) told me that I had darkness element.
- User has the element from his past life because of the unique skill (James's Experiences).
Oh this now makes more sense and is it rare to have 2 magic attribute? cuz it feels like it.
- 1 attribute is common for a Magic Class, having 2 attributes is rare, 3 attributes are rarer and 4 attributes are close to impossible, it's also rare for Heros to have them.
I didn't need the extra info but thanks anyways.
So now the only problem that I have is being able to use it.
So lets go back to my weeby knowledge, now if we go with the anime way the blood is meant to contain mana or something like that and to use mana I just have to feel it and let it out? well some animes have their own magic system so this is complicated. Now that I look back at my life I really wasted it didn't I? I looked up and started looking back at my memories.
The I snapped out of it and went back to my DIY magic research. "Now I need to see if it works"
I got up put my hand in front of me and and tried thinking of a dark ball in front of me.
Then I felt something inside me moving from my heart, going in my blood vessels and come out of my hands then I saw some dark energy in my hand swirling around making a ball.
"OHHHHHHH!! IT WORKS!!! I DID IT!!" I yelled while jumping around forgetting that I had a dark ball in my hand.
My hands were swinging all over the place and I accidentally threw my dark energy ball and it crashed in to a wall making an unexpected and loud *boom* then a crater showed up in the wall.
I then let out an "Oops... Well I did test my magic hahahah"

"Now that I can use magic I need to test it... but how?" There aren't any other ways to go other than than the massive door in front of me.
I then went up to the door put my hands on it and said "It's not like anyone told me that this was a boss room" I pushed the door in front of me.
The door was pretty light so I pushed it with ease, I looked closely at the door and I see some weird squiggly letters.
"Are these runes?" "This might be the reason behind why it's light"
The doors opened, the room was dimly lit, the walls looked like they were made of yellow bricks, had a door at the end and in the middle of it all there was a simple and plain chest.
"Huh? This is it? It seems I was worried for nothing, but I still want to test my magic"
I went towards the chest and asked myself "Is this a trap, like those mimic monsters"
I stared at it for sometime then chose to open the chest after I convinced my self that there was no danger and took a close look inside.
In it there was a thin book and a translucent shard. I then grabbed the book and I tried reading it's title but it was in a different language so... yeah bummer. Then I grabbed the shard, suddenly a window came up.

"What?"

"Yes?"

"Bruv this is going too fast"
Then everything got blurry, fell backwards and banged my head on the floor, which started hurting horribly.
