Not going home yet

Stomping down the hall, Cattaleya seemed to cause a small earthquake whenever she walked. The thunder outside kept being so loud that it was almost impossible to think. Iesurdrar flew from her shoulder in front of her face, stopping her in her tracks.

'You need to calm down, right now Cattaleya.' He spoke, even as a small bird you could tell he was glaring at them

'Why!? I was brought to the table to be insulted. I should just leave. Show them what I really am, what we are!' She crossed her arms, huffing and turning to look out the window.

'Then we'll be even more targeted than before. I was wrong to tell you to stay in the castle before. Just calm down, tomorrow early we will leave. There are too many eyes on us now. Plus, putting rich people in their place was more fun than I thought.' Iesurdrar spoke more than usual now, he must have had a great time there.

Running her hands through her hair a couple of times, she sighed and nodded her head. 'Fine, tomorrow, before anyone is up. We're going home. End of story here.' she thought. Iesurdrar seemed to calm down and flew back to her shoulder, standing there and going back into his world. Cattaleya looked around at where she was. No one seemed to follow her, so she decided to walk around for a while. Only a couple of maids were around, but no one had the courage to talk to her anymore. Everyone had already heard of what happened in the Dining hall. Paintings adorn the walls of people, places and even animals in the heat of battle. Stopping at one image, she tilted her head to the side lightly.

It was an image of a tall man, he had black slightly curled hair. He wore regal clothes. Next to him was a woman who had bright blue eyes, exactly like hers. She had light brown hair that was very wavy; it was almost curly. Staring at the image for a long time, she realized they both were wearing crowns. She had never heard of them as royalty before. She didn't even realize when a voice spoke next to her.

"That's William and Jennifer Darkstrutter. They ruled for about three years before they were killed in an assassination. They did have a child, but the child was lost, most likely killed. The line of the throne was killed, so my Father was next in line to rule if the Royal family was killed." Jameson spoke, looking at the image as well. Cattaleya glanced at him before looking back at the painting.

"Something seems so familiar about them. But I don't think I've ever seen them before." She said quietly. She turned to look at him, crossing her arms and raising a brow at him. "So what do you want me to do? You invited me to stay here- I might kill you. Why?" She asked

He was quiet in thought for a while. In the corner the Shadowfox sat, thinking he was well hidden in the shadows. So the surprise on the Arilin's face when Cattaleya looked directly at him from the corner of her eyes and then back at the Prince.

"This seems like a weird thing. But you- you seemed to come in my dreams. I had dreams about you for the past two weeks. I was- I was hoping for answers." He stuttered truthfully. His gaze held nervousness, this girl was a loose cannon and he didn't know if his head would be shot off.

"Your dreams? That's really strange. I don't really have answers." She mumbled, looking at the painting again before she turned to a window. The storm had calmed down a lot, the skies were almost clear again. "Where were you in the dream?"

"A forest, a field next to a forest and on top of a cliff. It was beautiful really. I just don't really understand." She nodded her head. That was the place she met Iesurdrar for the first time. This seemed too much like a coincidence to be true.

"I know where that is. Near my village. I think there's something trying to tell us something. I did have a dream about coming to the castle before. Someone is trying to warn us about something."
