Rather than going far away as instructed, he stayed very close to hear what ever they were about to discuss. " You said you killed the men you encountered, how did all this come about?" King Leo asked Kim.

He couldn't respond. Bruno listened attentively. "We should find the old woman. Since the Hui King knows that she's still alive, they will haunt her" King Leo said to Kim's surprise.

Kim thought he would be punished or scolded for causing such a calamity to befall the entire kingdom. " Prepare the chariot with five other palace guards, the old woman must be found" king Leo ordered Kim.

After Bruno heard all this, he left the palace to pass the information to the kingmaker and the royal cabinet members.

AT THE KINGMAKER'S HOUSE:

Bruno rode very swiftly into the kingmaker's premises. It happened to be that all the royal cabinet members were all present in the kingmaker's house. They have been discussing about the message received earlier in the palace since they left the palace. They all got startled immediately Bruno walked in hyperventilating.

"What's the matter?" "Are the Hui men here?" Questions were popping from every angle. Fright gripped all men.

"Kim is the cause of all this, my Lord" Bruno said. "I knew that boy was a badluck " a royal cabinet member said. " He rescued an old witch whom the Hui King ordered her execution and killed his men." Bruno explained.

" That kid must be taken to the Hui King" another Royal cabinet member said. "

"yes we can't suffer for one man's sin" the room filled with noise.

"Is the king aware of this information you told us?" The king maker asked. All were confused and surprised at the same time on hearing that the King is aware. " As we discuss now, they are in the woods looking for the old witch" Bruno added.

"Is our King under any spell?" Asked a royal cabinet member.

It is really astonishing how King Leo is harbouring such an information and decide to make it a general burden. "We have to stop them before this eat us all up" said the kingmaker.

IN THE WOODS:

King Leo and Kim with the guards with them searched everywhere but to no avail. The old woman live in a small town not far from the woods. King Leo was so determined to find the woman, they entered the small town and searched. The finally got to the woman. King Leo humbled himself and entered the old woman's small hut.

The old woman wept immediately she saw Leo. Leo urged her to stop crying not knowing the reason for her reactions. " We are here to take you, you are not safe here" king leo said to her. She refused to follow them. King Leo tried his very best in convincing the old woman, but all he said fell on deaf ears. Kim advised King Leo to let the old woman do her mind, at least she knows what is at stake. King Leo left in disappointment, he felt a hand holding him back. He turned only to notice that it was the old woman. " Try finding me when all this is over" the old woman said to Leo.

His spirit was greatly disturbed as they rode back to the palace. He wondered and was quiet till they got back.
