Young prince birth
TWO DAYS LATER:
Everyone was running helter- skelter in the palace . Some maidens helped the royal physician who was in with the Queen. King Leo walked to and fro through the the lobby waiting for the news of the child birth.
After few moments, the queen put to bed to a baby boy. Joy filled the palace. The news of the child birth went round the entire Joseng kingdom. The indigenes flooded the palace with different gifts for the new baby. It is some kind of obligation to observe in Joseng kingdom. People couldn't see the queen neither could they see the baby too because they were resting. King Leo accepted the gifts presented and appreciated their efforts in the provision of this gift. King Leo invited Kim who is now not only his personal guard but also his personal adviser. They both sat in the palace court. "I want to be sure that full peace is restored before my young son succeeds me" king Leo said to Kim. " the community tax law will be scraped off and corrupt Leaders prosecuted..." He was interrupted by Bruno's entrance. " I received your call my Lord" Bruno said pretending to be called by the king. He looked for an opportunity to enter and hear what they were discussing.
"I didn't remember calling you Bruno" the king said to him. He left after the response from the king. He only heard " corrupt Leaders prosecution". Which he didn't understood the leaders being discussed about. " And I need a tight security checkpoint inside the palace. I can't risk the life Of my family again" king Leo continued after Bruno left. " If sacrificing my life will ensure safety for them, it will done" Kim sworn . King Leo trusted Kim so well. He hugged him as a brother, a king is not entitled to shake hands with a commoner talk more of hugging him. " Something should be done to Bruno my Lord" Kim said to King while both of them left the Court room. King Leo chuckled and didn't respond to that.
The kingmaker and the royal cabinet members were the last to come to the palace. Each of them came with a gift for the young prince. Their presence in the palace was announced to the King. King Leo welcomed all of them warmly. He organised a small feast for the elderly corrupt Leaders. While they ate, king Leo asked for everyone's attention. "Thank you all for your presence here today. An issue has been bothering me and I came to conclusion that the community tax law will be scraped off" king Leo said.
Immediately their smiling faces turned to face of stone. None could oppose because he has the final say as the king of Joseng kingdom. After their stay in the palace, they all left with sad faces. " How do you intend handling this boy? Because he's really growing wings" a royal cabinet member asked the kingmaker as they walked away from the palace gate. " Something must be done fast before he suffocates us all" another said. The kingmaker was quiet for some moment while others murmured. " Don't bother yourselves so much, after the disorganization then we strike him" the kingmaker said smirking.
