Yes i have on e book out on Amazon.  It's a collection of my replies to penpals that I compile and I turn it into fiction. It's called letters from Bruises that's my pen name and the character in my book.   I an starting the second letters from Bruises and there will be a third.   


I loooove ghibli anime and slash Flux and martial arts movies but not Bruce Lee because he is controversial.   I don't like controversial people they drive crazy.  


Comorbid PTSD is the worst of the worst PTSD and it can be caused by war zone and torture, witch i went through.  I am also complex ptsd because the trauma to a different for in the form of catholic school and bullying and that continued for most of my life. Complex ptsd is when the trauma continues and snowballs.  I am very prone to depression and adhd so I bring a book with me to distract my self when in public. Might I suggest bring a book with you and a pair of Chinese baoding iron balls or Chinese stress balls.  I am big fan of the baiding iron balls.  


Sometimes I wonder if I am demi sexual too at the odd time because it's that companionship and emotional that matters.
