CRAVINGS PREGNANT

Sonia felt completely unnoticed, but remembering that the child in her womb wasn't Edward's it made her hold back her temper like never before.

She didn't want to eat, even nauseous when she put a spoonful of her favorite cereal for breakfast, somehow it happened that Sonia was overwhelmed in her first pregnancy.

Cravings during pregnancy are normal changes for women.

In fact, you may even crave strange foods or things you've never wanted to eat before. According to research published in Frontiers in Psychology, about 50 to 90 percent of American women have some type of special food craving during pregnancy.

Hormones that quickly change to be one of the causes. Cravings may also occur due to the extra work the body is putting in to produce more blood quickly. Another possibility is the feeling of happiness when you can enjoy the food you want while pregnant.

But this was Sonia's first craving, but she didn't get what she wanted.

He even suffers from food aversion.

Food hatred is the opposite of food cravings. Feeling resentful of the smell and taste of food can occur in his favorite foods such as cereals and others. Food cravings and food avoidance during pregnancy usually start around the same time.

Interestingly, Frontiers in Psychology found that food cravings may not have anything to do with morning sickness and nausea, but that avoiding certain foods may be causing morning sickness.

Meat, normally a staple for most women, will often be rejected during pregnancy. The sight and smell of raw meat, the smell of cooking, and the texture of prepared meat can be too much for some expectant mothers.

An American study published in 2006 found that women experienced more morning sickness when meat was consumed in larger quantities.

Soni felt so exhausted she just lay on the sofa and didn't know what to do when her body wasn't even strong enough to lift a spoon.

Steve was supposed to be at the wedding dress selection with his future wife Katrine, but instead he went to Edward's house.

"Where is Mr. Edward?" Steve asked as soon as he entered and saw the maids cleaning the area.

"Already departed Mr. Steve, was about half an hour ago,"

Steve nodded, he walked into the living room as soon as he saw Sonia slumped there. "Son, are you okay?" Steve asked the woman who was massaging her head while closing her eyes.

Sonia opened her eyes at a very familiar voice. "Hi, I can't sit still I'm sorry!" Sonia explained why her situation was like that.

"Have you eaten?"

Sonia shook her head. "I keep throwing out what I eat, really can't eat anything!"

Steve then turned to where Sonia was sleeping. "What do you want to eat?" he asked.

"Young mango, I wanted to pick it right off the tree but Edward is very busy!"

"Then let's go find it now!"

Sonia is now widening her eyes in disbelief, remembering that Steve is getting married actually makes her heart ache! However, this time he really wanted a young mango and nodded enthusiastically.

They toured the luxury housing complex in New York, but it seemed difficult to find anyone who had a mango tree. Until an hour had passed, Steve offered mangoes at the supermarket, but Sonia shook her head. "If it's not there, let's just go home! No problem Steve!" Sonia said.

But Steve couldn't bear to see him not even eating anything. "If we get young mangoes, do you promise to eat rice?" asked Steve.

Sonia nodded. "Yes, I will eat rice and eat something else,"

Hearing that Steve was very happy, "Ah I remember my uncle has a mango tree but I don't know it bears fruit or not considering it's just finished winter," Steve thought.

"Where is your uncle's house?" asked Sonia.

"Uncle Nick, live in Manhattan!" Steve replied.

Manhattan is an island located south of the Hudson River. The island is one of the five states that make up New York City.

"Where does he live, is it a housing complex?"

"No, he lives in an apartment!"

Sonia shook her head then leaned back in the chair, she looked at Steve who seemed to be joking with her.

"He lives in an apartment and you say he grows mango trees?" Sonia shook her head again in disbelief.

20 minutes later they arrived at a spacious apartment with a very beautiful view with a green garden. "Come on, I'll introduce you to him!"

Already coming there, Sonia was forced to follow Steve's wishes. Yes they entered the lobby with a very modern building and luxurious marble. Steve told the reception to meet Nick Leonardo, his father's brother.

Then his uncle immediately came down from above to pick up his nephew directly. "Hi, Steve," she shouted, hugging her nephew.

Sonia turned out to be in a bad mood, they actually visited Nick Leonardo's house.

"Sonia, how are you? we only met when you were married, and only met again now after hearing you were pregnant on the news" Nick Leonardo smiled happily when he heard Edward's wife was pregnant.

Sonia just smiled kindly. She apologized for her and Edward's busy work.

"Uncle, Sonia wants a young mango and picks it right away but we have looked everywhere but can't find it, I remember that uncle had a mango tree!"

Sonia held back her embarrassment, she didn't expect Steve to be that serious.

"Ah, the child's father should be the one looking for the mango, not even his sister-in-law who is getting married, is Edward really that busy!" Uncle Nick joked, followed by laughter from both of them.

"Edward may have important business!" interrupted Steve.

"Come on, the mango tree looks like it's still there you can see for yourself!" take uncle Nick.

Sonia didn't think she would get the mango she wanted. They entered the area of a luxury apartment type, garden apartment.

Garden apartments are apartments that have direct access to private green open spaces and are located on the ground floor of an apartment building.

He didn't think that people who lived in the apartment could actually plant lots of flowers and fruit trees.

"Are these all Uncle Nick's?" asked Sonia, amazed at how well arranged the trees were.

Uncle Nick nodded. "Yes, although it's not as big as Edward's house, uncle also wants to have a nice garden!" he laughed at Sonia's question.

"This is so good, I don't even have a single fruit tree other than a cactus and the usual tree plants on the green grass in the yard," Sonia muttered.

"Because uncle lives in an apartment, we have to be smart in arranging the area so that it looks like it has green land like people who live in houses that are attached to the ground directly,"

Sonia nodded, she was really mesmerized by the sight.

"Ah, see that?" Sonia shouted at something, surprising Steve and Uncle Nick.
