Humanoid aliens and humans and Realm races can use anything with understanding.
Beast people and were people have the same ability but are not the same as.
Beasts and creatures, these stars build themselves up into the diaform and their children can proceed as a diaform species and can make a beast or were person but are intact and infact not them.
now as for the creature RANKS and TIERS.

VARIETY OF SPECIES IS EXCEPTED BY Usefulness of evolution.
USELESS Creatures and BEASTS are shunned from the Clan or Kin, Thus making new clan Variations or increasing the Physically enhanced group. Not vice verse.
PHYSICALLY ENHANCED CANNOT BECOME magically enhanced!!
PHYSICALLY enhanced limbs ARE CONSIDERED HIGHER BREEDS AND also create new clans.
CLANS HIERARCHY GOES FROM Attributed Magic.

MAGICALLY ENHANCED CREATURE AND BEASTS CANNOT RELEASE Cultivation Auraus.
BUT INSTEAD DROP MANA CORES placed in chest next to heart AND TELEKINETIC CORES at base of skull infront of spinal cord.
MANA CORE IS IN THE CHEST BY THE HEART.
TELEKINETIC CORE IS IN THE BRAIN AT THE STEM OF THE SPINE AND BRAIN.
THIS IS VERSES THE SECONDARY DIFFERENCES
Physically enhanced
CREATURES AND BEASTS CANNOT USE MANA.
BUT CAN use Ki, chi, or Qi and aura essence and spirit.
Creatures and beast can vary in Physical condition but are always Simple minded.
PHYSICALLY ENHANCED CANNOT BECOME MAGICALLY ENHANCED.
Magical limbs mutation SEPERATE use and contain MANA bones that can become Bone gears.
Only physical enhanced drop bone gears and only physical enhanced CREATURES AND BEASTS release cultivation Aura.
THEY DO NOT DROP CORES.
THESE CREATURES ARE BEASTS Are Not accepted by simple physically enhanced and thus makes rogue beasts and creatures.
