2 am.

Ved had just finished the work that he had been provided. He made the changes in the Miracle of Gaia. He improved the storyline of the Ancient Rhino Ranger's armour and Knight's twin swords. He made some changes to the character panels and child characters. Except the final two were still not finished and would require a week to be done by the others before he can finalize them.

He sent the data to the other staff and stretched his body as it had become stiff from sitting in the same position for the past 5 hours.

His eyes unconsciously went towards the picture frame on the table and he stared at it. After a minute of constant staring, he blinked his eyes and he was gone.

Gotham.

In an abandoned warehouse, a light suddenly shone and a kid around the age of 10-12 appeared in its place.

"Huh?" Ved was caught in surprise.

"What happened?" Ved mumbled in a sweet, high pitched voice. Something that was entirely different from his extremely hoarse deep voice.

"My voice... I am transmigrated... Another world... gifts... Miracle of Gaia... Swords of Justice... Genji Armour... Happy a happy life, yours truly.... Dev?" Ved got a flurry of information about his current situation.

He was transmigrated into some other world and he also had gifts. He also knew about them. He thought about the last sentence. He knew what the word Dev meant and who it belonged to?

He was surprised in a big fashion and two times in a row at that. He was amused, happy and elated. He felt as if the whole world was filled with light.

The whole world around him was indeed filled with light as the warehouse was burning and he was inside it.

"Huh?" Ved looked at every corner of the warehouse and he didn't find any other exits to the outside world.

"Am I in the middle ages of Europe or something? I am not." Ved looked at his surroundings and found a paper, a press printed newspaper and besides the newspaper was the entrance to a hidden compartment.

"Whoever that dropped me had planned it? Let's escape from here then." Ved took the newspaper, barely opened the hidden compartment and got inside and waited.

The hidden compartment was clean. Someone must be cleaning it on regular intervals.

One hour later.

Th fire was still burning. Ved got bored in the meantime so he slept.

Two more hours later.

The fire had completely burnt the whole warehouse to the ground. A Masked crusader was seeing the situation from a high skyscraper. He was Batman. He had debuted four years ago and the crime rates in Gotham had dwindled by more than 70 percent.

The super villains haven't made their entrance and the only ones available were the normal weak human criminals like Penguin for example.

Batman got the news that the some criminal family burned the warehouse of the Penguin. He was going to check who the perpetrator was.

Batman looked at the burnt warehouse and left.

5 am

Ved got up, checked his surroundings and confirmed that he was not dreaming. He opened the gate and went out.

"Umm, the warehouse had been burnt to crisp. Let's go to another one and check my gifts. What a rhyme!" Ved said in his sweet child like voice.

It was near the morning and he finally found an abadoned house in the outskirts of Gotham in the next fifteen minutes.

He got inside the house and then put the newspaper on the dusty table top in the kitchen and sat on a chair after blowing the dust off it.

"I think I should take a look at the world I am in before choosing my gifts in a few days." Ved whispered and took the newspaper. He looked at the heading and the other news. He silently put the newspaper and went to a deeper place to accept his gifts.

A bat vigilante has been attacking the criminals of the Gotham.

Penguin has opened a new casino.

The Maroni family has expanded to some East Asian countries.

"I would have accepted going to a world of swords and magic, even though there could be constant betrayals and killing, It still would not have been existential level crisis where I could die without even knowing why... But since you gave it to me, I will enjoy my life to the fullest without causing any disturbance and harm to the others... on a country level that is. Thanks for the gifts, if you can hear me."

Ved stared at the void and bowed a little to it.

He summoned the Miracle of Gaia and it looked like the heartstone from a really famous franchise.

He touched the Miracle of Gaia and accepted it's blessings.

The armour of Ancient rhino rangers and the Swords of Justice and Eternity were weapons, Miracle of Gaia was the stat enhancement blessing.

Miracle of Gaia:

Description: It is made by the tears of the mother Earth, Gaia, and contains incredible power of nature. The person who accepts its blessing can lift a mountain with ease and has unrivalled vitality (Myths, not actually tested)

special effects : 400% increase in vitality regeneration.

Special Note : Due to the nearly infinite vitality that it possess, the user would require a feather of time to absorb the complete benefits of Miracle of Gaia or it would take 12 years.( Game time ten days.)
