I Love You

Derek wasn't annoyed, but smiled instead.

"Alright, I don't need you tonight anyway. You can do whatever you want." After saying that, Derek closed the door.

What did he mean by saying that he didn't need her?

Serena stomped her feet in anger, but since she had said that she wouldn't go back, she would definitely not break her word!

The corridor was covered with Persian rugs. Serena felt comfortable and sat down against the wall directly.

It was late at night. After the fight, Serena started to feel sleepy. She leaned against the wall, yawned and closed her eyes.

She dreamt of Sammy again.

In the dream, he remained warm and caring. No matter how she bullied him, he didn't get angry and kept her company all the time.

A smile lifted the corner of Serena's mouth.

Ever since Sammy left her, she had never smiled like this except in her dreams.

Derek waited in his room for a long time without seeing Serena come back. He thought to himself that this girl had her pride.
