Not a Good Idea

A week later.

The case was finally over.

With Derek's efforts, Marco's act was judged as an excessive defense in the rescue process, and all the surveillance on her was removed. After a series of examinations, she was allowed to leave the hospital.

These days, Yolanda had been in the hospital with Marco. After all, Marco was Yolanda's daughter.

Marco was very calm when she was about to leave.

Yolanda packed up her things and came over, "Mar, hurry up. I don't think the hospital is a good place to stay."

"Of course, there is no need to stay here, but I don't know where to go." Marco smiled faintly.

"Then where did you live before?" Yolanda asked.

"I lived in a village near the old factory since I came back from abroad. The people in the village are quite conservative, and I am not allowed to go back because I have been involved in a case. After all, I am an outsider to them."

Yolanda looked at Marco, and she couldn't help but feel sorry for her.
