I'm Not a Stranger

Kara propped herself up against the table after a while and saw that the man had already gone far away.

She anxiously took two steps, but her legs still hurt.

"Kara, stop walking. You are injured."

Eli stepped forward and pulled her to sit down. He wanted to check her injuries.

Kara angrily shook off his hand, "Eli Hemming, isn't this what you like to see? You want him to be angry with me and then leave me. You want me to be cut off from help. Then you can take the opportunity to help me."

Tears rolled down from the corners of Kara's eyes, and she wiped them off in frustration.

"Do you think I will be grateful to you? No, Eli. I only love him. If you make him sad, you're also torturing me."

"Kara, I don't want you to get hurt. I just want to make you happy." Eli tried to explain.

But he never thought that the way he wanted to give her happiness would make her cry so bitterly.

Eli and Zoie couldn't stand it anymore and quickly went forward to push Eli away.
