In the office, it was so silent that people felt a little flustered.

Kara took out a gift from her bag, took a deep breath, and walked to the man with a smile.

"James, it's a gift for you."

James did not reach out to take it. He stared at her lips.

"Why are you dressing like this?"

Of course, she was coming to apologize. Kara thought to herself.

She straightened her back and revealed a smile that she thought was very pretty.

"So ugly."

He commented coldly. He held her hand and let her sit on his lap. He used a wet tissue to wipe her lipstick.

"James, this can't be wiped out. Zoie said it need remover."

Kara pushed his hand away. She really liked today's makeup, but he seemed to dislike it.

Was she really that ugly?

"Do you have anything to remove your makeup?" he asked.

Kara nodded dumbly. Then he pointed at her, "Go remove your lipstick then come to me again."
