Fever

He didn't remember since when Jane had changed so much that he suspected that she wasn't the same person that he knew.

"I thought you were another Jane."

William said in a soft voice, but startling Jane.

William was really sharp. He could tell it! But she could not admit it.

"A sea change. It's good, isn't it?"

The warm air from the hairdryer made her cozy. She wanted to roll on the sofa.

The sofa was narrow. She could only lean on William.

"Don't move!"

William stiffened and quickly felt the sexual drive. Even if she wanted to flirt with him, it was not the time. Dayton was still here!

"Daddy, let me do this!"

Dayton walked around the sofa, wanting to help Jane dry her hair.

"Dayton, do you know how to order takeout? With daddy's phone."

They had not eaten breakfast. He still had a meeting later, and he was most worried about Jane.

"Yes."

Dayton ran to get his phone that was charging.

After her hair was dry, Jane narrowed her eyes and hugged William's waist tightly.
