"He definitely wants to see you." Livia turned to face Roxanne, but the lights in the room had gone out and nothing could be seen, "Mom, don't you like him? Mr. Collin is better looking than the other uncles."
"Just so-so." Roxanne said, "If you go outside, you will know that many people outside are more handsome than him."
Livia seemed to be convinced, "I see." Thinking of something, she added, "But Mr. Collin, he swore to be good to you."
"When a man likes you, he can say anything sweet. If he doesn't like you, he will leave you ruthlessly, so don't have to care too much about those florid speeches, because they are all fake. He may say the same to other women." Roxanne closed her eyes. Her voice was hoarse and a little lazy.
"Is that so?" Livia was once again convinced.
After a few minutes of silence, she asked again, "What if Mr. Collin always comes to find you?"
