Situation Changed

After giving Akio's Rinnegan to Obito, Akimitsu proceeded to his next step of action. He teleported himself to the moon. He did not immediately act, but checked out the situation. Luckily for him, the Hyuga clan on the moon were already wiped out from internal fighting, leaving only Toneri Otsutsuki and his father.

(AN: I cannot find the direct timeline that this event took place online, nor actually knows Toneri's age. So, for now, we will say that by the end of the Third Great Shinobi War, that clan was already destroyed.)

Akimitsu despised Toneri and his father. These people dare to take the Otsutsuki name lightly. If the clan actually knew of their existence, this would crime enough for them to be exterminated.

After arriving on the moon, Akimitsu didn't act rashly. He hid deeply until he discovered the location of the Energy Vessel--which is basically a giant Tensegan. Then, using the power of his Rinnegan, he instantly placed it into his mirror dimension before leaving.

A wise decision as not long after he left, someone showed up: the soul of Hamura Otsutsuki. Using his powers, he tried to find the thief who stole one of his life works, but it was of no use. After all, Akimitsu was using the same method Black Zetsu used to hide from both Hamura and Hagoromo for thousand of years.

Knowing that new variables have been added to the Ninja World, Hamura left without showing up in front of his descendants.

Meanwhile, after returning to Earth, Akimitsu went to his hideout. Immediately afterward, he absorbed a small amount of Chakra that belong to Hamura from the Energy Vessel. Soon after he did that, the Byakugan in his palms turned into Tenseigan.

A deep red-like aura enveloped him as he entered the Tenseigan Chakra Mode. Unlike Toneri's. His mode was actually red.

"This mode is actually very fragile. This is probably the reason that Toneri was knock out of it by Naruto. However, this problem can be dealt with a little bit more training."

Akimitsu then looked at the large Energy Vessel who still had plenty of powers left. He knew that this was not the right time to absorb its power, so he placed it in a secure location in his Mirror Dimension.

After that, Akimitsu spent the next few months preparing to leave the Shinobi World. His next step of evolution is to turn into a real Otsutsuki, but that requires time; to be specific, until the Fourth Great Shinobi World. However, he did not want to wait that long.

So, he was preparing to find the solution to this problem.

So, Akimitsu first made a clone of himself using his cells, then he implanted his memories and Will into it, similar to how Madara and Kaguya separated theirs. Of course, Akimitsu triple-checked that someone was not playing with him like Black Zetsu did Madara.

To be assured, he even used Uchiha Saki's Mangekyou Sharingan to turn black Zetsu into his Puppet.

After that, he left the Shinobi World using his innate ability, while leaving his clone to make sure that things proceeded as they should.

After opening his eyes, Akimitsu was still inside his room, and he checked the clock next to him. Like the last time, only a few seconds passed despite spending months in the Shinobi World.

Then, he immediately activates his ability again to check the connection to the Shinobi World.

'As I expected. After leaving a clone there, the time has synchronized with this planet. So, however long pass here, the same amount of time will also pass in the Shinobi World.'

After ensuring that his theory was correct, Akimitsu started planning. Although he has already awakened the Rinnegan and can be promoted to Commander, he did not immediately do so. After all, only a few seconds had passed since his "awakening".

Although he knew that there would be no problem even if did so as even stranger things have happened to branch members of the Otsutsuku clan, he did not want to garner unwanted attention to himself. So, he planned to wait a month or two before showing up his awakening, and both of them.

Just like that, a few days passed and Akimitsu was waiting for the Squad Leaders that would come under him. However, before that process could be properly arranged, Captain Chiba called him for an urgent meeting.

So, he headed straight for the meeting place. After entering the tent, he saw a worried looked on Chiba's face, so he asked: "What happened?"

"The situation has suddenly changed," replied Chiba with a grave look on his face.

Somewhere deep in the cosmos, there was a beautiful planet full of life and vigor. The entire planet was like a painting of nature. Beautiful mountain, clear river, vast ocean, luscious forests, and sweet air. Not a single trace of pollution could be seen in that world.

All the habitants lived in simple-built houses. The entire culture involved getting close to nature. There was only one luxurious building on the entire planet.

Around this place that was considered a Sacred Place amongst the people of this planet, there were many statues of different animals: toads, birds, snakes, snails, and even humans.

Inside this Sacred Place, a meeting was taken place. Oddly enough, the people attending this meeting were large animals that could talk, along with a few humans.

"What is this meeting for?" asked one of the gigantic toads.

"We have discovered a world with a space curvature of 10 or more. Unfortunately, the Otsutsuki clan and the Alloy Race have already established a battlefield for ownership over it," replied one of the slugs.

"Space Curvature of 10? Meaning that if the Otsutsuki clan gets it, after planting the Divine Tree, a new Tier 3 Members of their clans can be created. And the Alloy Race will have enough resources to create a Tier 3 Battleship," added one of the few humans.

"That's correct."

"But what does this have to do with us?"

"We need to decide whether to intervene or not."

"If it was a world with a Space Curvature of 15 or more, then I would understand intervening as it could give birth to a new Tier 4 force, so why should we waste our time with this world?"

One of the gigantic slugs snorted coldly before saying; "Since when has our Sage Race ever been so utilitarian? Our goal is to protect every world. We all know whether it is the Otsutsuki Clan or the Alloy race, once they are done with this world, the natural energy on the entire planet will be gone, thus killing everything in sight."

"Sage Taruma, although your words sound good, you have to understand that there is a high chance that we might end up fighting these two powerful races together. The question is whether its worth it?"

"In that case, let's just use the usual method. The majority vote decides our next step of action."

After the votes were calculating, the Sage Race decided to intervene in the conflict in Planet Krizet.
