School

It's been almost ten days since Zeke was taken to the TSMD infirmary, and now it's time for him to return to his normal routine, free of any injuries that could have put him in danger. Everyone who heard about it hurried over to him, wondering if it was a good idea to resume his program. Mr.Herrler even advised him to remain in bed for a few more weeks, saying he couldn't believe how quickly Zeke seemed to recuperate, even so, Zeke insisted that everything was fine.

Herrler was waiting for Zeke to drive him to his former apartment so he could pick up his stuff and move into his new place as he was leaving the infirmary.

"Ready to start a new life?" Herrler asked the enthusiast while Zeke was packing his things.

"It wouldn't be the first time" Zeke replied, not seeming very involved in the discussion

"You look a little down, has something happened?"

"Nothing too special, just that every time I changed my location, I remember the same things as I packed my stuff…"

"Do you still think about them?" Herrler asked, after a couple of seconds of silence.

Zeke didn't respond to Herrler's question; instead, he remained silent for a few moments, staring at the picture he was holding, in which four silhouettes could be seen. Herrler approached Zeke and put his hand on his shoulder, assuring him that everything would pay off in the end and that he wouldn't have to worry about his current problems.

They got in Herrler's car after Zeke packed his belongings and drove to the new residential area, where TSMD had purchased the majority of the property and where Zeke, Yuki, Amber, and Luis would be living from now on.

"Now that it's just the two of us…" Herrler began to talk after they get into the car "Tell me, how did you meet Yuki?"

"Do you want to know this now?" Zeke replied laughing.

"Of course, I would" Herrler replied in the same way "After all, I'm just a mellow old man who enjoys a good gossip from time to time"

"Well then, It's a long story, and I can't tell you all the details just yet; if she found out, she'd kill me. In a brief, we met at our university when she came with some important matter"

"Oh, I get it now, the university…" Herrler spoke softly, his eyes indicating that he was unhappy, but his flickering smile revealed that he was genuinely delighted "...I will miss that place"

"Are you already melancholic?"

"Well, when you reach a certain age, even the most insignificant events trigger memories, and for many people, school is the place where the majority of these memories emerge"

Once in front of the so-called 'new house', Zeke looked straight up, and his eyes seemed to be playing tricks. The roof of the building was deep in the clouds, impossible to say exactly how big the building was.

"Will I live here from now on?" Zeke asked, almost speechless, because of how amazed he was.

"She asked the same question" Herrler replied "And just like her, I'm sure the interior of the structure will amaze you far more than the scale of the exterior"

And so it happened, Zeke was even more surprised after entering the building than he had been at Luis's apartment. When you looked around, all you could see was expensive furniture and equipment, furniture made of hand-carved wood, and the latest TV models on display in the large hall, which was comparable to a reception area. Herrler beckoned for Zeke to enter the elevator with him.

"You're not going to also surprise me, are you?" Zeke asked giggling.

"What do you mean?"

"The last time I was in an elevator, someone I knew, passed in front of me at the final second, like a ghost, but it was too late, and I didn't have enough time to talk to him"

"Unfortunately, I'm out of jokes this time."

The two resumed their way to Zeke's new apartment, where Yuki had been waiting for him for several days.

"Are you ready to see your new home?"

"It wouldn't be the first time I'd moved, but it would be the first time in a long time that I'd shared a home with someone else, so I'm a bit excited"

They excitedly opened the door, unsure of what was waiting for them inside. The scene they witnessed was straight out of a horror movie; there were various colored substances on the walls, the majority of which appeared to be a combination of dark red and white. Aside from these substances, there were many bizarre things spread on the floor, including what appeared to be a bird's foot, a half-sausage, and a pig's head in the center of the dining room table.

"What the hell happened here?" they both asked at the same time as if they were about to pass out.

After that, a familiar voice, which sounded like a cry for help, came from a nearby room. Zeke dropped his luggage and burst into the other room, where he discovered Yuki attempting to cut something round that resembled an onion. Herrler joined him, and the two of them stared in terror at the scene.

"Zeke!" she screamed as loud as she could, with a big smile on her face "You've finally come back!" she said, hurrying to hug him.

"Yuki…what exactly happened here?" he asked with terror in his voice.

"Oh…you see, I knew you'd be tired and I wanted to make you something to eat before you come back," she said, touching her index fingers with each other.

Herrler and Zeke exchanged stares until Zeke had the nerve to speak. He swallows, then walks over to Yuki and places his hands on her shoulders.

"Yuki, you see... I appreciate what you tried to do for me; it was a wonderful gesture"

"Really?!" she asked with wide eyes, clasping her palms together.

"But…" he said immediately shutting her off.

"But…?"

"Please don't go near the kitchen for the rest of your life," he said in a very serious tone "I'll make the food from now on"

"Huh?! But why? You haven't even tried to see what it tastes like! "

Yuki handed Zeke a dish filled with... stuff, and the best term to describe what was inside was... 'death.' It appeared to be a soup with a variety of ingredients, but its purple color made it turn into a lethal weapon rather than anything appetizing. Zeke swallowed once more, but this time he could feel his stomach churning and his legs gave away.

"As I said before, I will be responsible for the food from now on."

"Oh c'mon! You didn't even taste it, give it a try!"

Herrler, whose face was a little sweaty, announced behind them that he had to get back to work. So unfortunately he have to leave, but before that, Yuki offered him a try too.

"Mr. Herrler, don't you also want to try it before you leave?"

Herrler panicked and froze for a few milliseconds.

"Right, why don't we both try, Mr.Herrler?" Zeke asked, with a nasty grin on his face.

"Oh, I'd like to do it, but I have to get back to work, and you know what they say about everything done out of love for the good of someone else, so I don't think I should be the one to try it" Herrler replied quickly as he exited the apartment.

"Herrler you little snake!…you let me down again…I will not forget this betrayal!" Zeke said to himself, looking over his shoulder as Herrler disappeared through the apartment door. He locked his gaze on Yuki, as she spread the bowl of 'food' for him to try.

"Well, what can be so bad? If two Halses failed to kill me, I don't think her food will" Zeke thought, then tasted the dreaded 'bowl of death'....what a big mistake. Just one swallow was enough to knock Zeke out and cause him to pass out on the floor.

"Zeke? Are you ok!? Zeke! Zeke…Ze…" Yuki's voice could be heard shouting his name, but it gradually faded away.

Zeke awoke on the living room couch, still dizzy and with a strange taste in his mouth, after nearly an hour of unconsciousness.

"Ah…! How is it possible that my head hurts so much, just from swallowing? What the hell did she put in that food?"

"Zeke!" Yuki's voice shouted, "You woke up, are you okay?"

"More or less alive" he replied stroking his head with his hand.

"I'm sorry for this, I'll make up for it, let me clean it up"

"Ok, at the very least, I believe you are capable of doing this."

"Hey! That was rather rude; I admit I'm not the finest cook, but I can handle a variety of other tasks."

"Good, then I'll let you clean while I lie down on the couch for a little to get rid of my headache."

"Perfect! I'll prove to you that, like infighting, I'm great at housework"

"I'm waiting to see"

Zeke covered his eyes with his forearm and lay down on the couch. After a few moments, he was almost asleep, when a loud noise jolted him off the couch and to his feet.

"YUKI! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" He yelled at her, who was using small lightning bolts to make the things on the floor vanished.

"What do you mean? I'm cleaning"

"Yuki, please stop right now; what you're doing is dangerous," Zeke murmured, his voice shaking.

"Huh? Why would it be?"

"Because if you use lightning bolts to make things disappear, you risk accidentally starting a fire and causing the overall building to burn down."

"Ohhh, you're right," she said in a low voice "Then what should I do?"

"Let me clean up, you just sit in one spot and do nothing else, watch TV or play video games till then, didn't you say you were a tough gamer?"

"Yes, I said... but I'd like to help you! I don't want you to be responsible for cleaning up after me."

"Yuki, thank you for your kind intentions, but it would be best if you just let me do it alone". he said, putting his hand on her shoulder. "You can do anything else till I'm cleaning, as I said before; you don't have to be physically or mentally obese to deal with this problem."

Yuki sits on the couch, visibly irritated by the situation since she believes she is putting too much pressure on Zeke.

"I'm going to meet with Amber," she told him at one point when he was washing the dishes.

"Ok," He replied, fully concentrated on his task.

Yuki was a little displeased by his response. Did she have any other expectations? Did she want Zeke to do something? Anyway, she made her way to the door, but something stopped her as she reached for the doorknob.

"Take care of yourself" she heard Zeke, telling her "And if anything goes wrong, call me right away, I'll be there in moments"

From his vantage point, Zeke couldn't see Yuki's face; all he heard was an affirmative response, followed by the door closing behind him. After leaving the apartment, Yuki stopped right next to the wall and covered her face, which was a much brighter red than the color of her eyes.

"How…? With only one phrase, he managed to make my heart race so fiercely... What is going on with me...? Will I have to go through what I did before...? Zeke seems to be very different from what he was...so maybe…" but a memory of the past interrupted all Yuki's thoughts at that moment "...that's right…I can't think of anything like that... I'll have to return to Hell in the end... I'm sure the situation there is worsening with time…"

Yuki stood up and slapped her face at the same moment to regain control of herself.

"Good, I should go now, I'm sure Amber is already waiting for me"

After a few hours, Zeke finished the housekeeping, cleaned up, cooked, and organized his things in his new room, which was just next to Yuki's.

"Nice, that's enough for today," he said yawning, after which he threw himself on the bed and fell asleep for a few minutes, but he woke up when he heard the front door open. He did not get out of bed, though, because he assumed it was Yuki.

"Yuki, are you there?" he asked half-asleep.

"Yes!" her voice answered.

Knowing it was Yuki and no one else, Zeke went back to sleep, but before he could do so, he felt the presence of a person standing in the doorway.

"Zeke," the voice said.

"Yes…?" he replied with half a mouth.

"I have something for you…."

"I hope you didn't try to cook anything again"

"Hey!" she replied a bit irritated "That's still rude you know"

"Maybe it is, but that food did me more damage than one Hals"

Yuki made a pouty expression behind Zeke, after which she sighed loudly.

"Can you at least get up to see what it's all about?"

"I don't want to…But if you insist so hard" he replied, turning to face her, but when he turned to her, she was hiding something on her back.

"So? What is it?"

"Zeke…" she said, staring to the ground, with a low and sensible voice "I'm a mess...I know that"

"What do you mean, you're not me…" he was trying to say but she yelled interrupting him "Please let me say everything that I have!"

Zeke was shocked to hear her shouting like that, so he decided to let her speak without interrupting her.

"I know that I'm a mess…and it's not just that...Zeke, I'm sorry...but I'm hiding things from you...and you've probably realized that already…" she told him, with a trembling voice, almost crying "But I still can't tell you everything that's going on…!" then she burst into tears " I'm sorry about that…but the day will come when I can tell you everything...without being afraid that he will make any move"

Him again. Yuki has mentioned a certain guy before, but Zeke is unsure who was it; yet, every time Yuki mentions him, she appears terrified and refrains from saying more.

"The point is...I left you like that all of a sudden...it was because of him...but I don't want to get you involved in this...you're already involved in the whole Tamos thing"

"Wait, did you know about Tamos?"

"Of course, I knew!" she instantly replied "But, as I previously said, I can't tell you everything… about Tamos...about him...about what's going on in Hell...or about my…" she started to say, but she was hesitating "True identity…" after witch an oppressive silence fell over the entire room.

"BUT!" She said loudly, breaking the silence "Please don't get me wrong! It's not that I don't trust you anymore! On the contrary, I can say that since I arrived in this world, you have been the man who has treated me the best of all! But some things hold me from telling you everything...the main reason being…" she started to say, but her legs already told Zeke the answer. Her legs were trembling as if there were -100 °C inside.

"Yuki," he said in a serious tone "Why are you so afraid? So far, we've come out on top in every situation we've faced."

But her answer was something Zeke did not expect "Is that so?"

"What do you mean?" he asked confused.

"Can you call yourself the winner? Zeke…you still don't understand" she said, her voice trembling.

"What should I understand?

"How can you call this a win?!" She yelled bursting out in more tears "How can you call this a victory? After every fight, I saw you unconscious and wounded in the hospital bed. You don't understand how guilty and scared I felt…knowing that it was only my fault that you ended up in this situation" She told him, tears rolling down her cheeks.

"I took your right to a normal life, I put you unwittingly in this whole situation. To this moment, I've put you in 2 life-threatening situations. As soon as you recovered, I put more pressure on you, giving you food that almost killed you, forcing you to clean up after me, even if you were already exhausted… I'm just a thorn in the side for you Ze…" she was about to say, but Zeke covered her mouth with his palm, preventing her from continuing her sentence.

"Please…don't say anything like that to me ever again," he said, looking her in the eyes, with a very serious and sad face.

"Zeke, I need to…"

"Shut up and listen, now it's my turn to speak," he replied, apparently annoyed by some of Yuki's comments. He sighed loudly, then calmed down.

"I understand that there are things you can't tell me or have kept concealed from me; I don't judge you since I did the same thing, and I keep secrets from you about my past that I don't want you to know about just yet. And, as you said, it's not because I don't trust you; it's because I'm not ready to talk about them yet. So I completely understand you.

As for you being a thorn in my side, as I already stated, I never told you about my past, therefore the only one who can decide whether you changed my life for the better or the worse is me, so I told you numerous times before, don't blame yourself for such things" Zeke told her, after which an uncomfortable silence fell over the room again.

"Even so…" continued Yuki "I'd like to apologize for everything, so I took Amber with me and went to get you something, which I hope you'll like," she replied, taking out what she had hidden behind her, and gave it to Zeke. It was a bracelet with a blue flower made of metal attached to it.

"I know it looks like a gift for a girl, but I still hope that…"

"How did you know…?" he asked, interrupting her. almost speechless.

"Know what?" She asked confused "Do you like it?" she then asked in a very excited tone.

"There is a story about blue flowers in my hometown; it is thought that blue flowers contain the secret of immortality. We usually carried blue flowers to the graves of loved ones, to symbolize immortality and endless life. We also call them 'Forget-me-not'' flowers to bring back memories of times spent with loved ones who are no longer with us…" Zeke explained to her, after which they both remained silent for a couple of seconds.

"It's…the most beautiful gift I have ever received" he replied, staring at the bracelet" Yuki, thank you, for real, thank you so much"

Yuki's face lit up with delight, her smile reached her ears, and her crimson eyes twinkled with joy.

"I'm so glad you like it"

Following that, the two spent some time sharing a few words before retiring to their beds and preparing for the next day. The next morning, Zeke was making breakfast while Yuki sat at the table and scrolled through social media.

"Everything seems to be so boring these days, nothing interesting has happened," she said rolling her eyes.

"I suggest taking full advantage of your free time because you never know when it will be your last," Zeke told her.

"You're right, but nothing particularly exciting happened recently, and we can't even go out to train because TSMD is keeping an eye on us" she sighed loudly as she leaned back in her chair.

"Yeah, you are right; however, I sat down and thought about it, and I believe I have come up with a solution," Zeke replied, putting the food on the table.

"Let's hear you"

"How about we tell Mr. Herrler everyth…"

"Rejected" she instantly said, shutting him down.

"You didn't even let me finish my sentence"

"I didn't have to, your idea is rejected"

"Do you have another better idea then?"

"Right now, no, however, telling someone else the truth is not an option; the fewer people who know what's going on, the better."

"Normally, I would agree with you, but we're talking about Mr. Herrler, the company's director, who is trying to solve this problem."

The room was filled with subtle silence, while Yuki was enjoying breakfast.

"Think something like this: if we follow your strategy and inform Herrler of what's going on, and the problem with Tamos is eventually resolved, what happens next? You're just going to say, 'Hey, can you forget everything you knew before about demons, magic, Hell, and everything? That's not how it works; we need to find a plan with long-term effects."

Yuki and Zeke agreed, so they sat quietly and plotted a strategy until they were interrupted by a loud knock on the door. When Zeke went to open the door, he was greeted by a familiar and gentle face.

"Speaking of the witch," he thought,

"Good morning Zeke," Herrler said.

"Good morning Mr.Herrler, what brings you here?"

"Oh, I was simply bored at work and wanted to check out what our favorite couple was up to"

"So, what exactly are you doing here? Luis' room is located on the second floor."

"I see you have jokes on your program since morning," replied Herrler laughing. "But now, for real, I've come to speak to both of you, and Luis doesn't live here anyway"

"He doesn't? what do you mean?"

"Didn't you know?" Herrler asked confused "He insisted on returning to his previous apartment, claiming that it was far safer than anywhere else, and he brought Amber with him."

"I didn't know that, why would he?"

"Only he knows why, anyway, that's not why I came, I came to talk to you two."

"Yeah, right you said that, so? What's the matter?"

"Well, as you are aware, I place a high value on education, and even if you are under TSMD supervision, you still need to complete your studies, so I arranged for you to attend a private school within our organization to complete your studies."

"That's fantastic Mr.Herrler!" Zeke replied very excitedly. "Thank you so much! What do you think, Yuki? Yuki?"

For a few minutes, Yuki appeared to be in her world, thinking about the same thing over and over again.

"Herrler referred to us as his 'favorite couple'! Do we give that impression? He's not the first person who thinks me and Zeke are dating. People keep calling us lovers, but that doesn't seem to affect Zeke too much, maybe he likes the idea? Or maybe he's so irritated that he doesn't want to talk about it? I've called him my boyfriend before, but did I do well? Wait! I'm the one who asked Herrler for permission to live with Zeke! Aren't I too bold ?!"

"Yuki…Yuki…YUKI!" a loud voice made her come to her senses.

"YES?!" she asked very loud and scared, jumping to her feet.

"Yuki, are you okay? You seemed to be daydreaming"

"Who? Me? Neah, Neah, neah, I was just…thinking about things, yes! I was thinking of things, hahaha" She gazed at Zeke with wide eyes, her face flushed and a little sweaty, before taking a deep breath and continuing. "I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention…" she said in a low and soft voice"

"It's ok, we just asked about your college profile so that we could decide where you should be enrolled," Herrler asked.

"Profile? What do you mean?"

"Didn't you go to college?" asked Herrler, surprised.

"No, why did you ask? Should I have done it?"

"Well, not necessarily, but once you graduated from high school, what did you do? Did you have a job?"

"I didn't go to high school either" she replied, making the entire room fall in profound silence, which was immediately interrupted by Herrler's faint, surprised voice saying, "What?"

Herrler began to speak about the value of school and background education, but it appeared that only Yuki was interested in what he was saying at the time. Zeke appeared to be lost in his universe, trying to piece together what he already knew.

"So, Yuki didn't even go to high school either? If I'm being honest, I'm not sure if there is a high school in Hell, and if there is, what would she study there? Magic? Hmm...it does make a little sense...Well, then why wouldn't she...?" His thoughts were abruptly interrupted, when he realized something else "...that has to be the case…she said her parents died, with that in mind, things are starting to make sense"

After Zeke returned from his world, Herrler also finished explaining why education is important and why Yuki should follow it.

"When you present school in that light, Mr. Herrler, it sounds very engaging," Zeke told him.

"It is, aside from that, you get to meet new people and experience what it's like to have a normal adolescent life."

Yuki remained silent still, her huge, shining eyes almost scribbling 'Normal adolescent life'. As she said before, she never went to school, besides some fights that she had inside, and thus she had no idea what it's like to live a normal life. She gave Zeke a serious look and kept her eyes fixated on him without blinking for a time.

"Zeke"

"You want to go?" he asked her. She nodded, then she kept telling him that she wanted to know what a normal life was like.

"Well, it's settled then" he replied. Over their crimson tone, Yuki's eyes gleamed with a purple light. She jumped up in happiness, then she went to her room, bursting with tremendous delight, and began packing her backpack for school.

"And what kind of profile should I make for her? If she never even attended high school? What can we do if we don't know what she likes?"

"Mr.Herrler…I have a better idea, do as I told you, and make sure she doesn't find out the truth"

When Zeke whispered his plan into his ear, Herrler was amazed that Zeke had thought of such a thing.

"Are you sure you want this?" he asked Zeke

"Yes…it's the best option for her…" Zeke replied.

Even though she was the same age as Zeke, Yuki was very excited for her first day of school the next day. The only time she had been to school was while she was fighting the Hals, so this was a very important moment for her.

She walked out of the room with a backpack nearly as big as she was as if she was about to go on a journey from which she would never return. But the first thing she noticed was that Herrler was gone.

"Where is Herrler?" she asked confused.

"He still wants a lot of work to do, you know" Zeke informed her.

"Yeah but, shouldn't he have taken us to school?"

"Yuki, it's Saturday, the school only begins in two days"

"WHAT?!" she asked irritated in a loud tone "SO YOU'RE TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT TWO WHOLE DAYS FOR THAT?"

"As I said before, you should enjoy your free time rather than worrying about how long it will be until school begins. You will believe me, become bored of it at some point"

She didn't say anything further and returned to her room, glancing at Zeke with a pouting expression on her face, leaving Zeke alone behind.

"Hmpf, even after so long, I forget that there is this childish part of Yuki, I understand her in a way…" Zeke said to himself, before being struck by a big idea "It wouldn't hurt to try, however, we must be back before anyone notices that we are missing…ok it's settled then"

For Zeke, the day passed like any other Saturday. While Yuki was occupied with video games, Zeke exercised indoors before calling Herrler to request permission to run around the TSMD property.

"I see you're staying in shape, Zeke"

"I must have an occupation too"

"Always with something to do, you're still the same Zeke," Herrler told him laughing "It's not a problem, as long as you don't go outside the area owned by TSMD"

"Thank you Mr.Herrler"

Yuki was far too absorbed in killing the demon lord and performing High Score to hear Zeke when he said he was heading out to train. Zeke began his usual 50-kilometer run training, albeit in a much smaller area than usual. He walked through the same spots multiple times, as if seeking something, and tried not to appear suspicious.

"Ok, there's one more, this should make them 46, TSMD put a lot of effort in this…"

Zeke returned home after finishing his workout, where he still had dinner to make before putting his plan into action at nightfall.

"Hey ♥!" Yuki said in a lovely manner when she saw Zeke arriving home "How was your training session?"

"I'd say almost perfect"

"Hmm? Why just almost?" she asked.

"Because I was missing my partner," he said giving her a gaze, making her blush "It felt lonely"

"B…But you said you wanted to train alone" she replied stammering.

"I didn't say that, I said I wanted to train, not to train alone, but anyway, what is done is done now," he told her, as he walked toward the bathroom "I'm gonna take a shower, after that I'm gonna make the dinner, so please don't starve till then"

"How old do you think am I?" she replied pouting at him.

"Judging by the behavior, I would say ten," he thought, but decided to remain silent "I'm gonna be ready asap, just wait another 20 minutes"

"That not a problem, I still have to beat the majestic elder dragon" she replied, taking the controller in her hands.

After Zeke finished showering, he prepared the food, and the two enjoyed dinner together.

"Hey Zeke," she said at some point "Don't you know how to make time go by faster?"

"To be honest, no, and even if I knew, I wouldn't speed up the time for anything in the world"

"Huh!? Why not?" she replied irritated.

"Because you should enjoy every moment of every day, you never know when it might be your last" he replied, after which an oppressive silence fell off the entire room. He looked at Yuki after a while and told her that he needed to get something done, so he got up from the table and walked to his room.

"Oh yes, I forgot to tell you" He replied before entering his room "Try to stay awake, we have something important to do this night. I'll give you something to dress up with, and when I'm done with the preparations, we can start"

Yuki didn't pay much attention to Zeke's words in the beginning, but she came to an unexpected conclusion later, as she focused less and less on her game.

"Wait, did he say, that he has something for me to wear…?" she said to herself, her face tone slightly changing to a bright red "Nonononono, that's not the case, right? RIGHT?" she started biting her nails "I mean, Zeke never give me the impression that he wanted to do it, hehehe".

With each passing second, Yuki became increasingly delirious; her face was so red that she couldn't be distinguished from a tomato, and her breathing became much heavier than normal "To be honest…" she said at some point in a low voice.

"He's still a male human…and he has lived alone for quite some time…I'm sure he needs this…" she continued to say as she slowly rubbed her legs against each other. "Is that somehow...the night?"

Even so, her lewd thoughts were interrupted by the sound of Zeke's door opening. Zeke was dressed differently than normal. When he walked out of his room, he was wearing a beautiful black suit with a white shirt underneath and a tie that matched the outfit.

"What are you doing here?" he asked Yuki "Didn't I tell you to get ready for tonight?" He said it in a tone that was very different from his normal. He seemed more menacing than normal as if he was trying to force Yuki to obey him.

"What are you doing?" he asked again, this time, he seemed to be pissed.

"I…I…" Yuki tried to say, but she could not find her words.

"Ah" Zeke let out a big sigh. "I forgot to give you what you need to wear, so take it now and get dressed" he added, handing Yuki a bag with something in it.

"Huh? What's this?" she asked confused.

"It doesn't matter, just put it on you and let's go"

"Let's go? Didn't you…" she started to ask, then her entire face became red gain "Wanted to do something indoor…?"

Zeke looked at her, clueless and confused "I don't know what you're talking about" he replied, which made Yuki realize that she was the only one that had that kind of thought and that she overthought the situation.

"Please kill me…" she said to herself, feeling very, very, very awkward, but Zeke's words interrupted her "Just put that on you and let's go, I don't want someone to see us"

Yuki made an awkward retreat to her room and proceeded to change, still thinking about the event that had just happened and telling herself that she was an idiot. She opened the bag Zeke gave her, and inside it was something she didn't expect.

She was amazed and a wide smile appeared on her face "So this is what you were suggesting... " she said to herself. She began to change, but she eventually came to a halt due to a problem...bigger than Zeke had predicted.

She called Zeke to help her, but when he entered her room, he saw something unexpected. Yuki's chest was visible through the uniform he had given her, which was too small for her. As soon as he saw her, he turned his back on her and his face flushed with embarrassment.

"That was the problem you had?" he asked, his cheeks red from embarrassment.

"Well, yes" she replied with her face also being red "This uniform is too small for me, what size is it?"

"I took one that was good enough for the D cup"

"HUH?!" She asked in an angry tone " BUT I DON'T USED, D IS TO SMALL FOR ME, I USE E!"

"E…?" Zeke asked confused, and amazed "That means they are even bigger than I initially thought…" he said to himself before he started dreaming with his eyes open and thinking about only one thing over and over again: 'E cup'

"What we're gonna do now?" Yuki asked, making Zeke recover from his fantasy

"I have an idea, wait right here," he said turning to her "And please cover your chest, I can see everything!"

"Oh c'mon, just hurry up and bring me something that fits me!"

Zeke couldn't find anything that would suit Yuki after a few minutes of searching, so he had no choice but to give her his old uniform. While she was changing, Zeke was waiting for her at the entrance, ready to sneak out without anyone's notice. He was nervous, though, since if someone found out what they wanted to do, they'd be done. But these feelings and thoughts didn't last long, because they were replaced by many other feelings when he saw Yuki wearing his uniform.

She looked like a normal girl, living a normal life, and ready to go to school. Her outfit comprised of a white skirt with a dark blue stripe at the edge, and Zeke's old uniform which was a dark blue that matched her skirt. The big surprise was that the uniform fits perfectly on her chest but, was a bit too big on her hands.

"H…How do I look?" She asked, her pale cheeks blushing shyly. Zeke wanted to compliment her but couldn't, he ended up staring at her, stunned. She wanted to say something as well, but couldn't, so they ended up staring at each other for a few seconds without saying anything.

"Do I look that bad…?" she asked in disappointment, looking away from Zeke.

"Nononono, don't misunderstand it!" he replied waving his hands in the air "It just…you look…"

"YES?!" She promptly replied, staring him down with a tint of purple in her reddish eyes that began to shine. "HOW DO I LOOK?"

"You look…good…" he replied awkwardly, making the room remain completely silent. Yuki wasn't really please by his response, so she told him in a rather annoyed manner "Oh, I see" then she passed him and headed for the door "Let's go, we don't have all the night" she said in an emotionless tone.

Zeke realized that he messed up, and she was a bit upset, so at that very time, he decided to be brave and tell Yuki what he wanted to say "Actually…You're beautiful Yuki" he told her, his cheeks slowly becoming pinkier, making her stop in the doorway, her back to him.

Zeke couldn't see Yuki's face or hear the small sound she made; all he heard was Yuki say "Let's go," but Yuki was wearing a huge smile on her red face, and the small sound Zeke didn't hear was her shy giggle.

The two snuck to the building's roof, where Zeke told Yuki they were going. Once here, Yuki asked Zeke what his plan was, to which Zeke gave no concrete answer all he did was get very close to her and tell her to hold on tight to him.

"Huh? What do you mean by hold you tight…?" she asked but was interrupted by him, who took her in his arms and jumped out of the building with her. She began to scream since she had no idea what Zeke was up to, but before she realized it, they were on the roof of another building, and Zeke jumped again, and again, and again, traversing the city without anybody noticing them.

"Where are we going?!" she yelled mid-air in his ear.

"Where do you think? At school!" he replied, an answer that made Yuki much happier than she was already. Yuki's view was like something out of a fairy tale, with the town lighted up by little lights that resembled fireflies in the night mist, and to make sure she didn't fall out of his arms, Yuki began to hold Zeke tightly in her arms.

A few minutes passed, and the two approached the university where Zeke used to go before the mall incident took place. They sneaked back into the building once they were at the campus courtyard.

Yuki asked Zeke how much he had been training recently to be able to jump so high as they strolled along the dark corridors of the university, a question that Zeke dodged, assuring her that he had been able to jump so high since the day he gained his powers, but Yuki knew Zeke was lying, however, she decided to not insist on this topic anymore, and just smile at his response.

Zeke asked Yuki whether she was ready when they entered an empty class, to which Yuki replied that she was better prepared than she had ever been. Yuki took the first empty place in front of Zeke, who had taken the teacher's place.

"Okay, class" Zeke started to say "We'll start today with a presence, the first one is Yuki"

"Present" she replied, raising her hand.

"Ok looks like you're all here today, well, let's start today's lesson"

"Professor, Professor!" she said waving her hand in the air.

"Yes, Yuki?"

"What do we start with today?"

"Hmm, good question, let's start with my favorite subject…math!"

After some time had gone, the two had become deeply invested in the character they were playing. Zeke was still playing the teacher while Yuki was the hard-working student who knew how to do any exercise.

"Ok, class, does anyone know the answer to this equation," Zeke asked, writing on the blackboard, three plus six.

"I know! I know the answer!" Yuki replied very enthusiastically.

"Ok, Yuki can you tell me the answer?"

"Nine! The answer is nine!"

"CORRECT! Congratulation Yuki, so far you have answered correctly most of the questions in the whole class!"

Aftermath class, the two continued to claim to be in geography, history, English, and more classes, so much so that they did not realize when the sun's rays began to shine in the classroom, and a loud sound was heard from the entrance.

"Oh crap! It's this to go!" Zeke told her.

"Who is it?"

"William, the caretaker, I forgot that he comes earlier to prepare everything needed for the courses"

The two took everything they had and went out secretly through the back exit, not being noticed by anyone. After moving away from school long enough, to a much more secluded area, the two stopped to catch their breath after a long run.

"We were about to be caught," Yuki told Zeke "Are you sure that the security cameras were also turned off?"

"I can assure you they were, I turned them off with my laptop before we left home, and we avoided all 46 cameras in TSMD's territory by moving above the city"

"I'm going to put all my trust in you this time" she replied breathing very hard "I honestly don't know how you can breathe in this thing, I feel like suffocating," she told Zeke, before undoing her uniform around her chest "Ahh, much better, I can finally feel my breath"

Zeke caught a glimpse of her bra, which she was wearing, considerably better than he had a few hours earlier. It had a black color and floral decorations on the edges, with an exact number of 79 petals, as Zeke counted.

"Aren't you a little embarrassed?" he asked, his cheeks flushed and his gaze drawn elsewhere.

"Oh? But why should I be ashamed in your presence, Zeke? Do you forget that you are my dear friend? ♥ Or what? Are these E cup toys causing you any embarrassment?" she replied in a teasing manner, wearing a wide smile on her face.

"To be honest…" Zeke started to say, staring at the ground, without looking Yuki in the eyes "Yes…"

"Ok, ok, I'll stop teasing you if you say you don't like it" she replied, closing her uniform "After all, you gave me a great gift today, You knew I couldn't wait until tomorrow, so you arranged all this for me," she told him with a big smile on her face, but Zeke wasn't as excited as she was.

"As for that…" he started to say in a serious tone "Yuki, I have something to tell you…"

"What is it?" she asked him.

"You're…not going to school tomorrow," he told her, creating an oppressive atmosphere.

"What?" she asked confused, with a scared smile on her face "You're joking, right?"

Zeke nodded "I've talked with Mr.Herrler, and it's better for you if you would stay home, or do something else, but right now, it's no use for you to go to a human school"

"Are you saying that…?"

"Yes, you're not going to school"

"Bu…BUT…!" She screamed, her voice trembling.

"Yuki, you have to understand," Zeke said interrupting her "You don't need to go to a human school, you said it yourself, our priority now is to take down Tamos, and for that, we have to become stronger, we should focus on our training"

After then, the entire area was enveloped in a deafening silence. Yuki remained silent for a few moments, her gaze fixed on the ground. "So that's why you did all this for me?" she asked after what seemed to be an eternity "Because you knew I wasn't going to school?"

"I'm so sorry that I hid this from you Yuki, but I couldn't tell you directly, I knew how much you wanted to go to school and that's why…" he said, but he was interrupted by something he never experienced till that moment. Yuki's soft, warm, puffy lips kissed his cheek, turning it a bright red.

"Huh?" he asked confused. For a brief minute, Zeke had no idea what was going on; he was confused and shocked, trying to comprehend what had just happened.

"I can't believe you would go as far as this, just to take me to school…" Yuki told him, squeezing his suit very tightly "Zeke…you can't understand how happy I am that you are the person who received my powers, and not someone else" she replied, with tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Yuki…" Zeke replied, his gaze fixed on her magnificent smile. Zeke would stare at her ruby eyes every morning when he woke up from now on, eyes that shined in the early light, so innocent, that reflected the joy of a kid.

Her lips looked smooth and pleasant to the touch. Will he be able to feel them more frequently? he wondered, making his face a brighter red than it already was.

"Yuki…from now one, if you ever want something, just ask me for it, and we're gonna find a solution for it, even if it's impossible, we're gonna find the answer together" he replied in a serious tone.

"Yes!" she replied with a wide smile on her face.

After that, the two slowly made their way home until someone noticed they had been gone all night. Yuki opted to take a less-traveled path to avoid having to deal with other people as much as possible, which Zeke agreed to.

As they went down the forest road, Zeke began to notice a strange sensation in his right hand. When he looked better, he noticed that Yuki was holding his hand, looking in a different direction, her cheeks becoming a bright blood red.

"You said that if I wanted something...just ask you and you would help me, didn't you...? Well...just this time let's walk like this..." she told him, in a soft and gentle voice, with her face already being as red as blood.

Zeke had already promised to help her with whatever she wanted, so he kept his word, and even though his heart was pounding so hard with emotion in his chest, and his face was already the same, if not redder, than Yuki's, he held her hand and the two walked on like this until they came back to a crowded road, then straight to the house.
