Chapter 5

Cayle was desperate. Someone had seen its power, both from the eye and from the chains. What could he do if that someone decided to expose his powers, or if more people saw his exploit in the alley?

That day he decided to look for his mother's spellbook. He always had great power, but he was never interested in using it.

But right now, a forgetting spell would come in handy.

After so much searching, he couldn't find the book. Maybe he had thrown it away along with his mother's other things.

With nothing to do, he lay down and decided to sleep to try and forget about that mess.

The next morning, he got dressed and went to school looking like a fugitive from the police, walking close to the walls and looking from side to side.

His mind started to create paranoia and he thought everyone was looking and gossiping about him.

Upon arriving at school, Cayle was surrounded by a group of boys who were waiting for him at the gate.

He felt nervous, but since there was no murderous intent coming from the guys, he tried to relax and see what would turn out.

To his surprise, the boys had taken him to the gym and were leading him to the podium. There were a lot of spectators and Cayle thought that at any moment she was going to pass out from the pressure of the eyes.

Before he could even react, the boy he had met in the alley was sitting in a chair watching him.

"Now my secret will be revealed!" he thought nervously.

"To everyone present here," the black-haired boy raised his voice, "I declare that this boy named Cayle is from now on my possession." Anyone who dares to touch him, speak to him or look at him will suffer grave consequences, for he is mine and mine alone.

Everyone in the gym gasped in surprise and Cayle thought that nothing could be worse than being declared possession of a stranger in front of everyone in the school.
