Normally I am the one that is supposed to be the progenitor for the egg but we are not sure what the gender is". He continued "and the Royal egg wasn't from the Queen, so if I progenited there will be no one to protect and guide the egg. So on that note, Lady Salsa will be the progenitor."

The officials started grumbling and whispering immediately after the speech.

'' A slave should progenite our next king? What insolence?

"Guards, take him away" Kunshiya kun ordered.

"I will talk, I will talk, please pardon my family" Official Reya kept on saying as he struggled from the guards. The other officials kept their heads lowered, some even managed to hold their breath because of the fear of breathing too heavily.

"I. I said if Lady Salsa progenite for the Royal egg wouldn't that make the Royal egg a half-slave? I only said that because Lady Salsa was a Slave I didn't intend to embarrass you my king" He stuttered with tears in his eyes begging for his life.

"Lady Salsa wasn't originally a slave, I never said she was! She was a noblewoman of a noble family in her kingdom! Because I conquered their kingdom and brought the ones alive to Ataka doesn't mean they are slaves.

" Kunshiya Kun countered. He then scanned the whole courtroom with his cold eyes.

"They are our citizens now! If I hear any rumors that say otherwise, the person better be dead before I catch him/her".

"Execute him, and exile his family to the border of the kingdom" kunshiya Kun decreed.

Inside the Queen's chambers, Queen Tekiya was sitting on a soft pillow while her maid relayed everything that happened in the courtroom to her.

"So the Kunshiya executed Official Reya because he called that bitch a slave?" Queen Tekiya asked.

"Yes My Queen" Her maid replied .

“Very good, The bitch is going to die soon anyway. Let her enjoy her few days. I will let her watch from heaven how I treat her offspring" Queen Tekiya said and smiled evilly. At this time, Lady Salsa was accompanying the silver egg and was slightly touching the first crack.

Though dragons like them take along to grow once they have their first crack it's between that week that they will have to be progenited.

Lady Salsa touched the egg and smiled gently. My baby, I will miss you but I will forever be with you. I will be in your memories.

Dragons have a long life span and their lifetime was said to be continued by their offspring. So if a dragon comes into the world another dragon has to leave.

So many conceited dragons may decide not to give birth, or might decide to make their wife progenite instead of themselves like Kunshiya Kun wanted.

Lady Salsa already heard what happened in the courtroom but she wasn't disappointed or sad, there weren't any feelings between her and the dragon king.

Definitely there might be affections but it's probably just crush on her part and lust on his part.

She was more than happy to progenite her child, she might not be around anymore but she will always be with her child.

Lady Salsa knew that the dragon king will protect her child because of how he handled the case today and that gave her a resting mind, she just hoped Kunshiya will protect her from Queen Tekiya also.

"Kariya" Lady Salsa called her maid.

"Yes My lady" Suppressing the awkwardness and guilt she felt toward her Lady because of her crush for the Dragon, kariya couldn't look into her lady's eyes.

"Kariya, what is it?" Lady Salsa asked " You've been acting strange”

"It's nothing My lady," Kariya replied as she refrained from crying.

Her Lady was gentle and nice, she shouldn't have implicated her, she could only regret after the the deal was done.

"Kariya, whatever it is, I need you to get over it, I won't be here for long anymore, ” Lady Salsa said softly as she briefly touched the egg, unpronounceable affections could be seen in her beautiful golden eyes.

"You have to be strong now, I want to put you in charge of my baby, you have to protect her till your last breath" Lady Salsa as she stared at her.

"I will protect the Royal Egg with my life, My lady" Kariya vowed.

This time she will do everything in her power to pay back all her Lady kindness, she will forget all stupid affections for the king and only fate and protect the Royal egg in this life.

"I know you will, you can go now," Lady Salsa said and watched Kariya leave.
