"Your Majesty, how about the pork limps" The chief eunuch's face stiffened, as he gripped his robe tightly.

That was the dragon king's usual breakfast!

"You want me to repeat myself?" Kunshiya Kun's face darkened as he retorted.

"Your Majesty, please have mercy. I'm just reminding you of your prepared breakfast" immersed with fear, The chief eunuch quickly replied.

The Dragon king completely has zero patience for anyone that doesn't adhere to the princess demands.

"Chief Eunuch, combined with how you delayed Akira's breakfast and your statement now, you've crossed your line. Give your position to someone else " Kunshiya Kun snarled.

The chief eunuch had always been an eyesore to Kunshiya Kun, he only kept him close because he knew the chief eunuch is from Queen Tekiya, he wants to be able to access any of Queen Tekiya's plot.

"Yes Your Majesty" The chief Eunuch bowed his head and quickly left before the Dragon King gave a more strict punishment.

Though Akira was still a little girl, but she was a dragon with the intelligence of her progeny, she knew that the Chief Eunuch wasn't a friend. From time to time, he always blocked her maid from relaying her messages to her Royal Dragon Father. Today was only a plan she staged because she wanted him to fall in it.

"Akira, I'm afraid you won't be seeing him for now, but don't worry another eunuch will take his place."

Who wants to see him anyways, Akira laughed inwardly but only looked back at her father with a huge smile on her face.

"Sure".

Getting to his palace, Kunshiya Kun placed Akira on a soft cushion while some maids quickly served her some fruits. Akira took a bite and continued eating as she watched her father sorting out some reviews.

"Your Majesty." An imperial guard rushed into the room and bowed down in greeting.

"What's the matter?" Kunshiya Kun looked up from the official reviews then swept his gaze past the imperial guard coldly. Why is he interrupting his special time with his daughter? And is there no door guard outside the room?

"Your Majesty, Queen Tekiya is requesting an audience."

Pfft, she already heard we dismissed the chief eunuch so soon.

"Go back and tell her that she should come back" Kushiya Kun snarled angrily. Akira shivered at her father's reaction as he uttered the words, her Royal dragon father has always pampered her, so she has never seen him angry. If the Royal dragon mother went back and later heard that she was in the King's chambers when she was requesting an audience, she would take it out on her.

Though Royal dragon mother had never raised her hand on her before, she had always ridiculed her and called her a daughter of a dragon slave. She was very little the first time Royal dragon mother said those words, she had gone to her palace to play with her but she only looked at her and told her maids to send the "daughter of a slave" back.

She didn't know what it meant at that time, she only thought her mother was annoyed with her so she went back to her palace with heavy tears in her eyes.

When she got back that day, Kariya was shocked and alarmed. She quickly gave her some fruits and asked her what went wrong in the queen's palace but she was just able to choke out a single sentence as tears streamed her cheeks "Royal queen mother calls me daughter of a slave."

That was when Kariya explained to her that though the queen was her Royal queen mother, she wasn't her biological mother, and she was only ordered by the dragon king to adopt her.

Then she didn't fully grasp Kariya's explanation but she knew that she shouldn't go to the Queen's place anytime she wanted.

That was why she always went to her Royal dragon father. He was always happy to see her and he didn't mind her silly tantrums.

Royal dragon father always has fruits and lots of treasures ready for her to play with so she was happy anytime she went to his chambers to play with him.

"Father, Why did the Royal dragon mother come?" Akira asked innocently as she blinked her gorgeous eyes at her Royal dragon father who was looking angry and dangerous but she was scared because she knew he would raise his voice or get angry with her.

"Royal Dragon Father, let Royal Dragon mother come in '' Akira added sweetly when she saw her father still looked pissed. Though Akira never liked Queen Tekiya, she only called her Royal dragon mother because her father said that's the principle.

Since she was younger, Queen Tekiya never visited her or bought her anything, she only scolded her and punished her then threatened her that she would kill Kariya if she ever reported to her Royal Dragon father.

Pfft, the dragon king scoffed angrily.

Even if Tekiya brings her whole family, he won't still accept retracting his order back, it was the chief eunuch's fault that his precious daughter hasn't eaten till now. Tekiya's Family is one of the noble families in the capital, and they've raised four dragon queens including Tekiya.

Another thing they were famous for was their dragon flame, it was the most powerful of all dragon flames.

Even though dragon flame was common among dragons, Tekiya and her family had a secret manual that was only taught in their family.

That was why he married her in the first place but she hadn't disclosed it to her until now.

Did the chief eunuch think he doesn't know how he always delayed or ignored any maid his daughter sent? He was only pardoning him because he knew he was from the Queen! If not, who did he think he was?

He would have executed him and had all his family members buried with him. But he still has the guts to go to the Queen and tattletale to her. Not bad since she had the guts to come, she better be prepared to stay outside in the sun as long as he wants.

"Royal dragon father..." Akira looked up at him, this time with a puppy look.

"Okay, let her come in. Let's hear what she had to say."
