Revenge

The car had driven Natsuo for hours outside the city. He tripped over branches while being pushed blindfolded along bumpy forest roads, but he was always lifted and shoved forward. The only thing he could do was keep going, hoping that Kyoko had done something to reach out for help.

The two of them arrived in a clearing surrounded by tall, green trees. The hood was ripped from his head as he was knocked to his knees on the muddy ground. Natsuo looked up, and his breath caught as he saw the orange glow of the setting sun illuminate the forest landscape around him.

"Natsuo!" Jiro exclaimed at his boyfriend as the light and greenery dazzled him.

Jiro stood quite close to him, wearing the white top and dark pants he had worn in the morning, which were now covered with dirt and blood drops. He looked worriedly at him with a pair of dark bruises covering his eyes. His expression was one of deep concern and sympathy as if he fully understood the gravity of what had happened.
