"It's you" She announced softly

"So I did do something?" I asked thinking back, trying to figure out what exactly.

"You're doing everything right" She confessed leaving realization to stand in my mind.

"And that scares you?" I asked but it sounded more like a statement, nonetheless, she still gave me a small nod to confirm my words.

"What's your fear when it comes to us?" I asked softly.

"That you'll hurt me, lie, cheat, change" She replied her voice small and I could tell each word she said held a memory.

"I won't, and I know that's hard for you to believe because of past experiences but I'll prove it, we can move at whatever pace you want to,"

"What time are you getting off?" I asked her softly as we continued to make our way back to the hospital. 


"I'm actually done for the day" she announced 


"But I have Aria, her father is dropping her off at the hospital" she added and I nodded as her hand moved to hold mine as she led me across the street. 


"I got your charger in the car," I said the moment we got to the entrance of the hospital, remembering that she had left it at the hairdresser. 


"I'm going to get my things I'll be right back" She announced and I nodded releasing her hand. 


"Don't leave" She added handing me her keys and I smiled allowing her to walk away as I made my way back to my car. I unlocked my car, pulling the door open getting inside, my phone began ringing and I removed it from my pocket answering it after seeing who was calling. 


"Can you swing by the hospital?" Jeremiah asked 


"Why?" I asked wanting to decide if I was here or not.
