Ameliorate is a collection of poems based on my own experiences through trauma, family, love, anxiety and even depression. But some of the poems have light and healing within them. For this reason, this collection is named Ameliorate which by definition is making something better. I healed my own path through words. My only desire is others can be healed through my words too. Find your pain in my pain. Answer questions through my questions. Discover yourself.

I hope this book has done much to ameliorate your internal grievances.


I wish you light in your life. I pray you heal from any pain.


You see, I write from my own pain and my own experiences. It's been a therapeutic trip. For me I deeply wish you find yourself if you are lost.


I hope to see you again in my future literature endeavours.
