"How come I, a 25 year old woman only, am the mother of 3 children? Huh? Did I give birth at the tender of eighteen?" Jiang Meili asked the man in front of her.
"Nineteen"
"Huh?"
"Our first son was born when you were nineteen"
"Beast! Am I a baby making machine?" pouted Jiang Meili. This pout reminded the man of their 3 year old daughter.
"No, you are not a baby making machine. It's just that all 3 of them were the result of our negligence."
"Oh! So you are saying that all our children are mistakes"
Even before the man could answer, they heard their daughter crying. 
"Wah! Wah! Wang ge Mommy and Daddy said we were mistakes. I saw on television, after saying that a child was a mistake, the kid is usually sent to the orphanage. Wang ge they are going to send us to the orphanage. Wah! I don't want to go! Wang Ge do something!"
Hearing her daughter Jiang Meili face palmed herself.

Transmigrating from fantasy novel to romance novel

After the dinner, Fu Shen instructed the maid to deliver a light dinner to Jiang Meili's room and then everyone retired to their bed for the night.


Fu Zhen went to the bathroom to freshen up as soon as he entered his room. Meanwhile, in Jiang Meili's room the atmosphere was not that great.


The uneasiness in Jiang Meili did not go away even after the short nap and light dinner but instead she started feeling a little pain in her stomach. As such she wanted to call Fu Shen to take her to the hospital only to find out that her phone was out of charge.


Enduring the pain she started walking towards Fu Shen's room but midway the pain became unbearable. Jiang Meili cried out for help but her voice was so weak that no one could hear her. Seeing the light coming out from Fu Zhen's room, Jiang Meili thought of going to his room as it was very near her.


In Fu Zhen's room, he just came out of shower. Fu Zhen was only wearing his pants when he came out of the bathroom. A towel hung around his shoulders and his hair was laid low in such a way that they covered his forehead. His chest was broad and his face was flushed red due to the aftereffect of his hot shower.


As Fu Zhen was drying his hair with the towel on his shoulder, he noticed that a fair chubby hand pushed open the door. Before he could say anything, a fair, heavily pregnant woman was seen in front of him. When Fu Zhen saw the familiar yet the unfamiliar face, he went into a deep thought.


On the other hand, after a lot of pain when she finally entered the room beside her, Jiang Meili found herself being stared at by a topless man. The man looked like a fallen angel and if Jiang Meili didn't experience hardship in her life, she might have fallen in love at first sight.


However, her experience in previous and also in this lifetime prevented her thoughts in that direction.  After she was done admiring those well-defined abs, Jiang Meili once again looked at his face only to find the confused look earlier changed into a smirk.


"Well played Miss Jiang Meili! Well Played! You seemed quite innocent that night but I guess one shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Ha!" accused Fu Zhen all of a sudden.


Jiang Meili thought that the pain reduced her thinking and understanding capability as she didn't get what Fu Zhen was saying. If his accusation surprised her then what he said next shocked the hell out of her that her water broke and she fainted.
