The Taylor farm has everything a family needs to survive in these trying times. The high crops shield the view of the house and barns from the road, and only a thin dirt path snakes through the property. A tall wooden fence protects the perimeter, and zombies couldn't work the double latches on the entrance gate. Of course, you can.

You walk between the walls of cornstalk towards a simple farmhouse painted in vibrant greens and blues, no doubt Mansi Taylor's doing. An artist of Shoshoni descent, Mansi brings the colors and spirit of her people to everything she touches, and the farm is no different.

As the field drops off to reveal the porch, you spot the front door hanging off the frame, and one of the huge windows has been shattered. One hand grips your .38 Special as you step up the porch leading into the open home. A ripped screen door lies upon the floor of the porch, and the sturdy wooden door has been battered in. Flecks of ruby-red liquid have dried along the threshold, and you hear a faint patter echoing through the house. A large black X has been painted on the wall beside the door.
