A Princess!

Vance and his party proceeded further into the cave. As they went in deeper they started seeing more and more bandits, which Vance made sure to neutralize, which lead to them slowly realizing that what they were getting closer to was something very important to the bandits, as the amount of security was getting much larger than what you would expect from a mere bandit group.

A short time later, Vance and the girls saw what seemed to be a containment room surrounded by ten guards. Vance spoke. "Girls it seems that we ended by where they're containing that princess we heard about. I think we should get saving her out of the way. This time I think I'll just quickly take away their oxygen and force them to pass out."

After saying that Vance created an oxygen free area around the ten, after they noticed this they began to panic, but due to Vance's use of Sound Magic to stop noise from escaping, no-one heard their screams. 30 seconds later, they had all fainted.

"Master is scary." said Celine.

"I agree Celine." said Alice.

"What? I didn't kill them right?"

Hearing Vance say this, the two girls looked at each other and nodded, seemingly in understanding.

"Whatever. Lets just move on." Vance said.

They then carried on towards the solid steel door that they believed to hold either a Princess or the lairs treasury.

As they reached the door Vance decided to simply use cut through the door with his hand and Space magic. Before he did so he called out.

"If there's anyone in there, you should move away from the door."

From the other side of the door they heard a small shuffling sound, as if something scurried away from the door.

After the sound stopped, Vance coated his hand with sharply shaped Space Magic that he was going to use to cut through. He then reached his hand towards the door and moved it in a circle, after doing so, he lightly pushed in the center of where he made a circle. A brief moment later a circle shaped cut appeared on the door and began to fall which raised a small cloud of dust. As the dust settled what Vance saw inside was a small girl with blond hair and violet eyes wearing a dirty dress that appeared to once be grand and elegant. The girl appeared scared and her eyes were puffy and red which indicated that she had been crying. The girl spoke. "A-a-are you here to save me?" She asked in a small voice.

"Of course I am. How could I leave them to do as they please with such a cute girl." Vance said.

"WAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!" The girl cried as she ran and jumped into Vance's embrace.

"I didn't think anyone would save meeeee!!!!! I thought Mama and Papa couldn't find meeee!!!!" She said in between sobs.

"And can I know your name little lady?" Asked Vance

"I'm Hope Fatewalker. The second princess of the Fatewalker kingdom." She said.

"""A princess!""" said Vance, Celine, and Alice simultaneously.

"So you were the princess the bandits were saying that they had captured?" Asked Alice.

"I guess so?" said Hope.
