A talk with the commander.

Aragon was in his assigned room. After taking in the view through the window, he removed the sword from his waist and kept it in his ring. Now that he looked at it, even after seeing two different places, he still didn't see anyone wearing this type of ring, nor had he heard of a ring that would store things. Aragon wondered if the ring was a unique creation.

Then he removed his tunic shirt and walked to his bed. He fell onto the bed, feeling tired. The journey to the fortress had been a long one. He exhaled, slowly falling into sleep as his eyelids drew closer. The soft bed felt like a cloud, and he closed his eyes, enjoying the moment of peace after a long period of travel and battles. The quietness in the room made him slowly fall asleep.

A few hours later,

A knock on the door made Aragon wake up. He opened his eyes only to find himself in a dark room with a little light coming through the window.
