Chapter 1

"Oh! It's already 5 am. Bangon na nga ako at makaligo baka ma-late pa ko." (I better get up already I'll be late if I won't.)

"Aga aga author-nim may A/N ka na agad. Magpapakilala na sana ako." (it's too early A-nim you already have A/N. I'm going to introduce myself first)

"Oo na pasalamat ka mabait ako"(Okay. Thank God I'm kind.)

Oh sorry guys, I'm Tyche Cae by the way just call Ice, 17 years old, 1/2 Taiwanese, 1/2 Maganda este 1/2 Filipino (hahahaha). At hindi first day ngayon okay? Just a normal day.

[ (maganda=pretty) (and no it's not first day today okay?)]

So yeah habang dumadaldal ako kanina + author-nim nakaligo na ako at nakabihis kulang na lang light make-up (tandaan mong hindi mo ikakapangit ang pag-ma-make-up basta wag lang sobrang puti ang mukha) tama si author-nim!

[so yeah while I was talking + A-nim I'm all done except my light makeup (remember that make up doesn't make you ugly not unless it's too much) A-nim is right]

After 15 minutes.....

Time Check: 6:00 am

Uy sakto lang. Gonna eat breakfast zooooommmmmm...

(Just in time.)

After 20 minutes....

Tapos na kong kumain. Ako na nga mag-huhugas nito nakakahiya naman pag iba pa ang nag hugas nito. At tsaka may excess time pa naman ako.

(I'm done eating. I guess I'll be the one arranging and washing my mess, it's embarrassing to let other people wash it for me. I still have excess time anyway.)

"Oh baby Ice, gising ka na pala? Aga mo pa rin as usual ha? Ba't di mo kami ginising ni dad mo para sabay sabay na tayo kumain?" Mom said.

(Oh baby Ice, awaked already? Why didn't you woke us up for us to eat breakfast all together?)

"Opo. Kilala mo naman ako.I can't afford to be late alam mo naman yun diba? Hindi ko na kayo ginising late na kayo umuwi kagabi eh. Alam kong pagod na pagod kayo sa work niyo." I said while beaming a smile.

(Yes mom. You know that I can't afford to be late right? And besides you came home late from your work so might as well leave you be.)

"Hay naku anak. We don't deserve to have you as our daughter talaga. Don't be so worked up okay baka makita ka na lang namin diyan ng daddy mo naka-bulagta diyan sa harap ng bahay HAHAHA!"

(*sigh. We really don't deserve you to be our daughter. Don't be so worked up okay? I don't want you seeing in front our gate too tired from doing too much of work HAHAHA!)

"Mommy naman mas malakas naman ako sa inaakala niyo! Don't worry!"

(Mommy! I'm much stronger than you think I am! Don't worry!)

"Oo na! O heto na allowance mo baka mamaya makalimutan ko pa! Ay oo nga pala umuwi ka ng maaga okay may sasabihin kaming importante sa iyo." Sabi ni mommy. Ano kaya yun? Ang seryoso naman ng mukha ni mommy.

("Yes yes! Here's your allowance before I forgot about it and by the way, you have to get home early okay? We have something important to say to you." Mommy said. What's with the serious expression she had?)

"Thank you mommy! Sige po(Okay) mommy." Sabi ko sabay talikod ko sa kanya para hugasan yung pinagkainan ko. (I said while turning around at the same time to wash the dishes)

After 5 minutes....

So ayan tapos na ako mag-hugas.Mag-ba-bike na lang ako sayang gasolina pag hinatid pa ako nila kuya driver. At tsaka wala naman akong pake kung anong iniisip ng ibang tao.

(I'm already done washing. I'll use my bike instead since it's expensive if I've been sent to school using the car. And besides that, I don't really care what others think.)

"Mommy! Daddy! Mauuna na ako! Mag-ba-bike na lang po ako! Bye Bye!" sabi ko (Mommy! Daddy! I'll be going now! I'll just use my bike instead! Bye Bye! "

"Sige anak! Yung binilin ko wag mong kakalimutan!" Sabi ni mommy ("Okay baby! Don't forget what I said okay? " mommy said.)

"Bye anak! Love you!" sabi ni daddy. Grabe sobrang cheesy niya! ("bye baby! Love you!" daddy said. That's some cheesy stuff he said.)

"Opo mommy! Bye bye!" sabi ko sabay sakay sa bike. (okay mom; I said and then rode my bike)

After 10 minutes....

I reached our school already and as usual a lot of people are glancing at me again. So I put on my headset for me not to hear their mumbles. Well I should expect that they are throwing bad words and flower words all at the same time.

While I was on my way to our classroom, someone hugged me from behind. *sigh I know who this person is already.

"Good morning to my one and only best friend na si Tyche!" sabi niya.

"You don't really miss me at all huh, Aether Rui?" sabi ko.

"You're so mean to me Ty! You know it's part of my nature, you are so foreign towards me!"

"Sobrang sanay na ko sayo! Alam ko pa ang exact time kailan ka yayakap sa akin Ae!"

["I know you very well enough, to the point that I know the exact time when you will hug me Ae!"]

"Ibang klase ka talaga Ty. Sige kanina pa tayo nag-uusap dito di mo pa ko pinapa-kilala sa mga readers." [You really are in different level, Ty. Then while we are talking, might as well introduce me to the readers."]

So yeah, this is my best friend Aether Rui, she's a 4D (weirdo), super clingy, super flirty, and has excessive aegyo (A/N: Aegyo means cute in Korean okay?) to the point you want to feel ashamed.

"Nag-sasabi ka na ata ng mga masasamang bagay tungkol sa akin ano?" Aether said to me.

["I bet you are already bad mouthing me at this point."]

"Hey! I didn't!" I lied.

"Utot mo pink!" binelatan ko na lang siya. [Your fart is pink!]

So let's continue, she's pure Japanese but she knows how to speak Filipino language since she had been here in Philippines for a very long time. We have been best of friends since we were young but she is older than me for three years. So yeah I guess that's it for me. You can just ask her what's her favorites and not me.

" Ah! Bestie! Tutulog ako sa inyo ha?" she said to me.

["Ah! Bestie! I'll be sleeping over in your house okay?"]

"Ano pa magagawa ko? Kukulitin at kukulitin mo din naman ako hanggang sa pumayag ako *sigh"

[Do I even have a choice? I'm pretty sure you are just gonna pester till I say yes.]

"Yehey!"

"Okay class! You may go now!"

Finally school is done!I'm totally excited at nervous at the same time. What kind of thing will mommy say to me?

"Hoy! Ano pa tinutunganga mo diyan tara na! Dala ko rin yung bike ko ngayon, sabay na lang tayo papuntang inyo, di na ko mag-dadala ng damit may mga damit pa naman ako sa inyo."

[Hey! What have you been staring there?! Let's go! I have brought my bike too, let's just go together to your house, I won't be bringing any dresses since I already have spare dresses there.]

"Wala naman. Tara na nga! Dapat maaga daw ako umuwi ngayon may sasabihin daw si mommy sa akin."

[Oh it's nothing. Let's go! I really should get back home early since mom will be saying something to me.]

"Mom, Dad!I'm home!" I shouted.

"Oh anak[my child]! Sakto nagluto sina manang ng cookies[ Just in time, manang cooked cookies. Just grab some in the kitchen."

"Later Mom, gonna change my clothes first. Oh by the way Aether is sleeping here too. She went upstairs already"

"Okay honey. Come in to my study room later after our dinner okay? Can you also tell Aether to come in my study room now? I need to tell something to her."

"Okay mom." That's odd. It's my first time seeing them talk in a serious mode. Anyway, I'm gonna ask Aether about it later.

At the time I went into my room, my oh so genius best friend is just daudling and watching Kpop Idols. She's watching the live stage of Twice.

"Grabe ang gaganda at ang gagaling talaga nila sumayaw at kumanta. Type ko yung ganda ni Sana at Tzuyu, pero mas maganda pa rin ako sa kanila! *flip hair"

[Oh my! They are so beautiful and talented in singing and dancing. My type in terms of visuals are Sana and Tzuyu, but I'm beautiful then them of course!*flip hair]

"Yeah, yeah. You are the most beautiful out of all. Oh by the way, mom is calling for you. You should go to her study room."

After that, I went to my walk-in closet at changed my clothes and then I went downstairs for me to get some cookies and juice.

After a few minutes, Aether came in.

"So what happened back there?"

"It's nothing! Your mom asked for help about something. She was having a hard time doing her commode, so helped her wash her butt. Hahahaha!!" she said to me.

"As expected, you really are weirdo to the core! With that kind of expression of mom. you think she will need your help with her commode! Lord God! Give me one reason why did you of all people became my best friend?"

"Grabe ka sa akin! Wag ka na lang mag-tanong baka malalaman mo din mamaya yung sinabi niya sa akin."

[You really are mean! Just don't ask me, I'm pretty sure you will soon know about it."

"Sige na nga! Babangasan kita pag di niya sinabi sa akin yun!"

["Fine! I'll punch you in the face if she didn't tell me!"]

Right after our conversation, we played XBox and watched movies. Well I do have my own tv so it's pretty much okay as it is.
