Sebastian's plan was extremely ambitious and it took all initiative from the hands of the Firelight Shark Clan, but in the end, Tungsten agreed.

After the current upheavals stirring the Green Mist Sea were personally explained by Sebastian, Tungsten, Strong, and Queen Heareth already knew that this was not something to be taken lightly.
