Here comes the big deal...

What was in Nicholas Ether's mind was different and was far much more than a marriage. He had big plans for himself and not for the kingdom as he had earlier pretended to.

Nicholas planned to take the throne by so pretending to accept the decision to marry Princess Ruth Redvale, He had so much greed for wealth and longed to be rich, he was jealous too of the lifestyle the Princess lived that he wanted every bit of it for himself. He never minded boltar kingdom.

This forced Nicholas to pretend to be in love, this was not going to be true love for he intended to kill Ruth's father, the king

He did manage to convince her to love wealth too, he made her see her father in a different view, he made her think that the king was stingy and was not ready to give out his wealth or throne to anyone. He went further to lie to her that the king did not love her simply because she was a woman and not a man who could keep his throne, that the king was planning to chase them away after the marriage.

Ruth Redvale got the lies into her head and the hatred for his father got hotter than a burning metallic object. She kept on crying in silence and regretting being born in boltar kingdom as their Princess. Her only source of consolation was now the fiancee Nicholas Ether. They spent most of their time together pretending to be planning for the marriage. Nicholas managed to get Ruth into his evil plans of trying to get everything for themselves.

The big deal seemed easier to accomplish but also difficult to achieve "getting rid of the king" and the only option they had was to kill the king, and who would kill the king for them? and how? this kind of thoughts ran in Ruth and Nicholas's minds day and night. they gave it different proposals, either to kill king Ricardo with poison or to go and throw him into the evil forest.

By giving him poison they agreed to use the loyal maid jenipher Dominic, due to her simplicity and friendliness to everyone no one would ever think she's evil, their big problem was how to approach the whole plan...whether to tell her or to use her blindly without giving her information about the mission.

On the other hand, they thought of bringing or rather hiring a few men to hijack king Ricardo and go throw him into the evil forest, this could be possible but the question of how to get the king out of the soldier's hands who were always there to see the king's security is at it's best. " loyalty of the soldiers of boltar kingdom can not be compared to any" this failed their hearts

The two love birds Nicholas and Ruth decided to work with the first option, poisoning king Ricardo. they had to think of his delicious meat, his favorite of which he couldn't miss having a bite, being the only daughter of his father she had been so close to the dad and it didn't take her long before she could settle for rice and fish as the main choice. King Ricardo loved to fish so much that he could not leave it even for a second if served within his reach.

All well planned and said they agreed to eliminate King Ricardo on their wedding day " the marriage ceremony"

A night before the fateful day, all the preparations were done, Queen Isabella Redvale with the help of the maidens and the soldiers did the work of arranging the arena, buying the drinks and foods, several cows were slaughtered as the expected number of guests was large.

Everyone was so happy including the Princess and her fiancee Nicholas who were filled with joy as their plans of owning the whole of boltar kingdom was around the corner.

Princess Ruth and her fiancee Nicholas went into a room to discuss their final plan, and this kind maiden jenipher Dominic was also busy cleaning the utensils which were going to be used during the celebration in the next room, they did not realize that she was in there.

With all the excitement they started talking in loud tones and mentioned their plan in unison

"The King must die," she heard this coming from the hallways, she kept so quiet in great shock. Her body went numb and she got tongue-tied. She didn't believe what she heard.

The only thing which gave her hope was this bit which indicated that the poisoned fish and rice would be given to her to serve.

In her heart jenipher was so happy because she still had the opportunity to do something to save her kingdom their kingdom. She had to think widely and very fast on her impromptu plan...the maid.
