Hoe are you doing other then busy.

I am doing fine thank you.   You mentioned charms to protect your self.  I use healing crystals,meditation and medication for my condition   I am on some many pills it can't list them.   I have nightmares to Night terrors from time to time.  I also have flashbacks and the odd emotion that pops up that is intense.  I have gone a long way since 10 years ago or 12 years ago actually where I haven't flipped out for quite some time there is still some times where I have a special moment hissy fit but that happens to everyone.

I am riding my six book I'm right now call letters from bruises number 6. I'm very proud to present that on Amazon it's a 9 part series of a compilation of letters fictionalized to give people inside about my life and my mental health problems and that we are only human. I'm trying to break a stigma against PTSD which is that they think that people with PTSD or either serial killers or stranglers or School shooters which is not the case some of us are actually pretty nice decent people who are peaceful. Just have big emotions and big memories. That's just about the way it is.

I like some Netflix shows but not all of them because they stigmatize Muslims and mentally ill people with tick me off to no end it's like we're only peaceful people to begin with so why do we deal with the stereotypes. Sorry for the rant. This is something that I take as a personal cause.  

I would recommend either Taekwondo karate I haven't done karate yet but I would consider Taekwondo cuz I have done it but I would prefer a karate if I had that recommended martial art for you. I am wondering what kind of condition do you suffer from. Try reading a book in public at my help and I said. I always bring a book for my ADHD because I have severe ADHD cannot sit in a restaurant for very long or at a beach for very long without being bored.
