20. Power of the Astral Harmony

I sat in a stone room, circulating my Supreme Harmony as quickly as I could. I had been in this room for a few days, using what small amounts of spiritual energy I could to further my cultivation and solidify my foundation. Moving from room to room did get tiring but the energy each room gave seemed to be on a cooldown period after it was depleted. My dantian had grown in size over the past few days and the Supreme Qi I cultivated had begun to solidify into a starry sea. Each time I rotated my art, I could feel the harmony within my dantian grow just a little bit purer.

Though the exact purity of my Qi was still in question, my foundation was solidly set. I had been able to complete my second body tempering, using the small amounts of Qi I accumulated over the first day and a half. I now had more complete control over my Qi and my body as they began working in harmony with my cultivation. There seemed to be a balance of different Qi types in the temple, most notably, Gravity, Void, Space, and Star Qi. Each room I visited contained one of these types of Qi for me to use in my cultivation. Though, I had to visit each room twice to be able to gain even a small amount of the Harmony Qi I required for my cultivation art.

I sighed as I finished my last round of cultivating, 'These rooms are great, but it's taking too much time. There isn't enough Spiritual energy left to sustain my cultivation speed.' It was frustrating, I needed more spiritual energy, that meant that I needed to find a rich environment. I suddenly stopped, I had the perfect solution! I had an Immortal Tree, it would automatically draw spiritual energy to it, and I had the Primal Source that released spiritual energy!

With this thought in mind, I removed the Primal Source from my spacial ring and pulled the immortal tree from my dantian. Upon being released, the Primal Source immediately filled the room with the qi sources I needed and the Immortal tree began to gather, condense and purify it all together into the Supreme Qi I needed. Now I didn't have to refine the raw spiritual energy myself at all!

[Conditions for the Immortal Tree's evolution have been met. Would you like to proceed?]

Corvex's voice resounded in my head as the two objects entered the same space.

"Do it." I said excitedly.

[Commencing evolution...]

I watched as the Primal Source fused with the Immortal Tree in front of my wide eyes. The spiritual energy became chaotic for a bit before settling down. After the evolution, I checked the information on the new tree in front of me.

[The Immortal Origin Tree constantly exudes Origin Qi that can be absorbed by those practicing Supreme Harmony.]

I grinned evilly, immediately placing the new tree next to me. Instantly, I could feel the Qi in the air change and gain a feeling I only felt during the reforging of my body. I sat and began to cultivate, circulating the Supreme Harmony so quickly that the Qi in the entire temple was drawn to spin around me in a massive wind storm. My hair and robes blew about wildly as the density of Qi became many times more powerful. I could feel my cultivation rising at immeasurable speeds as I finished every recast I needed to immediately enter the next realm.

My cultivating continued rising faster than I could comprehend and after a mere six hours I had reached the peak of Foundation. My next step being condensing, I quickly spoke with Corvex at the speed of thought.

'How pure does my Qi density need to be? Also please calculate my chances and maximum purity I could obtain.'

[With the Immortal Origin Tree you can reach 100% density or maybe even higher. I am uncertain as there is no information in this or any other world about an Origin Source, let alone an Immortal Tree with the same attribute.]

[Also, you have unlocked your Internal Sight to help with this process. After condensing, you will enter the Node Formation realm where you will have to form nodes within your body to help you control energy and strengthen your body further. You will only be able to form 10 Nodes. Based upon your cultivation method and the new energy you are cultivating, I have calculated the best positions for these Nodes to be formed. Each Node will rewrite your Spirit Veins and Meridians to follow the new pattern. If done correctly, you can form your 10 Nodes in the formation of your Supreme circulation, giving you a 100% boost to your overall strength.]

'Perfect, let's begin, then.'

I immediately dove into my cultivation, pulling in Origin Energy from my tree and circulating it as quickly as possible. I saturated my entire body over and over again. Each time I was full, I pulled the energy into my Knowledge Sea and Core Dantian respectively. Condensing and thickening the energy as much as possible. If I looked at my Qi gauge, I could see my Qi fill all the way up, then condense into 2 points. The level of condensing was most definitely 100% and I didn't stop until my pool was full. The process took me about 10 hours. But I never felt fatigued at all, one of the perks of being a cultivator. I could be sustained on Qi alone.

As soon as I finished condensing, Corvex spoke once more.

[Condensing complete, 100% Qi Condensation reached. It is time to form your Nodes while you continue to cultivate.]

An image of my body appeared with 10 points of light, like star lights, appeared on the model depicting where my Nodes should be placed and the direction my Spirit Veins and Meridians should be arranged. I began forming the first node in the center of my brain, pulling the energy to form the core quickly. What felt like an hour later the Node was formed and I continued forming them one at a time. They ended up being placed in my brain, heart, stomach, kidneys, brain stem, hands and feet. The entire process took about 2 weeks to complete.
