Unlucky goon, or lucky goon?

After his judo's course with Issei and entering his home, Julian was about to open the door to his room but stopped as his palm was hovering over the handle of it.

He frowned, he couldn't hear the sounds of the outside world anymore, the birds that were still singing happily two seconds ago abruptly stopped, and he couldn't hear the cars that were loudly roaring far away on the mains road of the town.

Julian mouth twitched a bit suppressing a grin. He recovered his usual jovial but laid-back expression and entered his room.

*Creeaak*

The habitual and annoying squeak of his door greet him, constrasting greatly with the silent atmosphere.

There was a little workshop on the left side of his that he used for painting and drawing. He took a liking to art as soon as he was forced to draw in his first year of elementary school.

The best and maybe only positive side effect of his various wishes, was that when he made his third wish he had asked for be born with what the world deemed the maximun amount of talent a nephilim could have. It made him extremelly talented in EVERYTHING he did.

As much of a monster that he had been in anything related to sciences and research in his previous life. He was as bad in everything else. Art, language and physical activity, he couldn't understand or be something else than bad in these subjects.

But, in this life. The first time he had an appointment with his family doctor and that he had brought up the subject of how active he was physically. The moment his parents recited all the sports he was practicing at the same time in his busy schedule. His doctor almost dropped his pen in shock. Long story short, the doc made some calls after verifying the facts his parents told him. And they attributed Julian with a unique and recently discovered syndrome that they named the prodigy syndrome.

The prodigy syndrome made the person it affected with the almost unnatural capacity to be talented at everything. It made a big boom amount the scientific and health communities of the world but Julian and his parents wisely decided to keep his true identity secret. Making an accord with the doctor to provide him with data about his 'syndrome' in exchange for his silence.

No way Julian would allow himself to become a public personality ever again. He already had his hands full of fake in his own school as it was.

Julian slowly went to his bed and sat on it, he throwed a glance at the basket his mother left him in when she left him that was the opposite corner of the room than his. The piece of paper with his name written on and the single hair still attached to it. They were seemingly indestructible, even when he tried to uses his power of destruction on them.

Tapping his index rhythmically on the soft mattress of his bed. He said out loud, testing the ground. "I know you're here, come out."

He could feel it, he was not alone in his room.

Waiting for a moment and seeing no movement he almost lost his composure and grinned in excitment. Julian was finding this situation trilling and interresting. It was the first time he truly came in contact with someone or something of the supernatural, of course he would be excited.

He wasn't being arrogant and callous with a potentially dangerous situation. If the thing that was with him was stronger than him, he wouldn't have sensed its presence as easily or even have sensed it at all.

Thinking about a moment, Julian decided to do an experiment. Recalling the feeling of guilt and the burden he got when Kass told him how many people he had indirectly killed so many years ago. As well as how cold and uncarring he was when slaughtering the hundreds of terrorists with his own hand in his previous hand. He tried to push these feelings and memories outside of himself and direct it towards the entity in his room.

It then came as a physically ice cold and heavy aura surged from him. That's right, it was Julian's first ever killing intent.

It was difficult to direct it at first, but Julian got the hang of it rapidly and focused it entirely on the presence he was feeling.

Julian just repeated himself. "Come out."

Julian's attention went to a misty black mist gathering from the shadow of his open door.

The mist afterward took the form of a gorgeous young girl with black hair and golden eyes who was currently on her knees, shuddering madly while disfiguring him with wide eyes. More importantly was the pair of black wings retracted on her back.

'Grigori?' Immediatly came to Julian mind. Multiple reasons immediately popping in his mind for the presence of one of their agent in his room. It was likely due to his extremely close relation to Issei, as if they had investigated him due to the other possible reasons then their reaction would have been way stronger.

"Tell me why you are here or you'll be my little rat for my next few experiments, what I just did to you was one by the way." Julian threatened, feeling neither cold or warm with experimenting on a enemy, female or not. Well, maybe just a little cold exactly because she was a girl.

The girl tried to answer, or at least that was what Julian thought she was trying to do. But her mouth just oppened and closed repeatedly silently.

Seeing that, Julian diminished the killing intent on her until she wasn't just a spasming mess on the ground and could comfortably talk.

Julian had to say that it was more potent than he thought it would be. Killing millions of people even if indirectly was certainly helping with its efficency.

In a trembling voice. "Yo-you're no normal human, I have to re-report this to Kokabiel-Sama." Clearly still shaken, she spouted some information she shoukdn't have.

'Kokabiel? Interesting.'

Julian lifted a brow and grinned. "Oh, and who would be this Kokabiel-Sama?"

The girl only now realizing her mistake, trembled a little bit at the possible repercussions of her slip up. But calmed herself after remembering that the fake child in front of her couldn't possibly know about the inner working of the fallen angels, or even the supernatural world at all. For all she knew he was just a human with an already awakened sacred gear that could conceal itself and intimidate his enemy.

Regaining some of her composure at her own reasoning. "Kokabiel-Sama had ordered me to in-..."

She suddenly formed and threw the strongest spear of light she could at Julian, not even waiting to see the result, the girl bolted at a speed that was 5 times as fast as a grown man toward the open window of the room.

Julian, who was a little surprised by the move, pushed his senses to the limits. Time slowing down in his view. He could see the previously lightning fast purple spear of light now crawling a couple centimeters at a time toward his heart.

It was the first time Julian had tried to do this, it was like he changed to maximum gear all of a sudden.

Deciding that it was testing day, Julian cloaked his hand in holy energy and with a what would only appear like a blink to normal people, shifted himself 180 degree to the right and catched the spear in his right hand when it was before him.

Feeling the momentum of the spear trying to drag him with it. He only used a little of his core strength to nulify it, creating a little shockwave of air around him.

Turning his gaze toward the fallen angel that was still only halfway to the window. Julian had the urge to chuckle.

He suddenly bended his knees and carefully pressed on the ground with his feet.

Catapulting himself at a speed that was five times the speed of the fallen angel, almost crashing into the wall in the process, he stabilised himself behind the spy and without any suspense. Stabbed the spear in her left knee.

Julian returned the world to normal speed, the first thing he saw was the purple-eyed girl falling and tumbling across the ground with a cry of pain.

Sliding for afterward slamming into the wall underneath the window, the girl dazedly tried to understand what happened. The first thing she understood was that someone was putting a feet on her stomach.

"Pretty clever, but wrong choice. Now, you will tell me why you were spying on me or we'll both see what happen when a being like you eat a mouthful of chlorine after drinking a liter of milk. Also, don't try something like before if you don't want your other knee crippled."

Julian smiled casually to his captive. He wasn't taking kindly to someone trying to take his life for no reason. And he was tired of asking questions that went unanswered.

The intruder surprisingly started crying with pleading eyes. "Please, I can't! If I only start to speak about it I could die, it was already close previously! If I just but utter a single additional words about the Kokabiel-Sama plan it'll kill me for sure! Please, I don't want to die!" She wailed, from pain and grief.

Julian thought about it for moment, was it how Kokabiel recruted unwilling fodder in his ranks? But then why would she be so eager to report his abnormality to him, was she obligated to do so in such a situation? Or was she lying? There was plenty of ways to know, but less with the risk of her dying.

"This plan, if you really know of it. Can you mention a person who will directly be affected by it but at the same time not involved directly that you are sure I don't know of?"

Stopping crying for a moment in confusion, she stared at him with "are you serious" kind of gaze.

Rolling his eyes, he just reiterated. "Just name two of them."

She was still confused but answered anyway. "Sirzechs Lucifer and Michael."

Julian grinned at this.

'So she isn't lying.'

Julian stopped grinning after seeing that the girl restarted crying because of it. Don't misunderstand, he had a very handsome although pretty intense grins. She just thought that he was gonna make her drink milk and swallow chlorine.

"Now, can you tell me what exactly make you die if you mention this Kokabiel plans?"

"Yes, it's a special device that Kokabiel-Sama obtained from someone else that can read the words you say or write and detonate itself if certain words are mentioned in one the two manners."

"That's pretty slack, can you tell me where this device is, and if you can't then just indicate where it is with your hand."

She immediatly pointed at her head.

"The brain?" She nodded at his question.

Julian just then walked toward to his pile of unused canvas and took some pens.

Why was he leaving the potential danger in the room alone? It was a last test to see if either she was lying and would try to escape or stupid enough to believe that she could flee from him despite the earlier display of his superiority, Julian doesn't help stupid people personally.

He came back with three canvas under his right armpit and a pen in his hand.

Afterward, Julian sat himself on the ground and drew in a blur a 3d representation of the human brain and a scale of various sizes for the device.

"Do you know where exactly is the device in your brain and how small it is?" Julian asked, straight to the point.

the young woman thought for a moment before pointing at the front area of he brain, on the frontal lobe. And she hesitated a bit before pointing at the 0,2 mm size.

"If it's so small then it's not gonna be simple, you beter don't move during what I'm going to do if you don't want to lose a part of your brain, litteraly."

Julian grabbed the head of the girl while gazing between the endroit where she pointed on the drawing and the size she indicated.

Using his knowledge of biology and common sense, he made her stand up straight and simulated the position of her brain and the theoritical location of the device on it.

"Wait, it's not a good idea finally. I forgot to mention that it'll explode if someone try to temper with it." The girl said nervously.

Ingnoring her, Julian verified calculation several times, he then abrubtly put his left index at an angle under her jaw and fired the most concentrated and narrow beam of red and black destruction power from it. Coming in a diameter a little more than 1 mm, the beam went right through her jaw, her tongue, her palate, the bottom part of her cranium and graze her brain. Leaving through the middle of her hairline above her forehead to finally dissipated by Julian's will.

"Here, see? Nothing happened. Sorry for the scar but now that the device is finally out of the way. I think I deserve the answers I wanted from the start." Julian smiled kindly at the lady. Sending a shudder through her spine.
