That night, the Bai siblings briefly talked about their maternal uncle situation, Bai Yi Chen is the one who mostly do the talking this time. This is because Bai Yi Ling have slightly bad impression on Jiang Yu Zan and Bai Yi Mo has full on bad impression on this uncle.

As for Bai Yi Yang and Bai Yi Fang, they truly don't have opinion, the former don't have the right to say anything about this matter and the later don't even understand much about the situation. Next, Bai Yi Yang ask her siblings about the snacks that they have eat up during the 5 days that she is gone. "The strawberry flavour is delicious, jie, buy more of that please." Bai Yi Fang said. Her head is resting on Bai Yi Yang thigh now.

"Okay, as long as you tell jiejie the truth. Did you brush your teeth after snacking?" Bai Yi Yang caress Bai Yi Fang soft hair. She doesn't have problem with the children snacking because they eat a lot during proper meal, her only constant reminder is for then to brush their teeth after that.

"Yes, of course. Jie, look at my teeth." Bai Yi Fang show her teeth. Bai Yi Yang laugh and pretend to check. Bai Yi Mo and Bai Yi Fang hasn't start losing teeth, they will soon in 1-2 years time.

"En, very good, then add more strawberry flavoured one." Bai Yi Yang said. She add the snack that Bai Yi Fang love and show it to her.

Bai Yi Fang cheer happily, she usually told her older sister to put it at a lower cabinet so that she can reach it without asking for help. She even count it every day, in case Bai Yi Mo eat a lot of it.

Bai Yi Yang spends some time like that with the younger siblings before telling them to play on their own, she also start doing her homework seriously. One week worth of homework need some time to be worked on. She wanted to finish it today if possible. So, she ended up staying up until 12.30 am before finishing all the homework. Bai Yi Chen had long bring Bai Yi Mo to sleep, the two girls also had entered Bai Yi Ling's bedroom in advance, today they are sleeping in Bai Yi Ling bedroom.

The next day, Bai Yi Yang woke up and roll on the soft carpet in Bai Yi Ling's bedroom while fiddling with the books in the room. There are some light coming through the window now, she use that as her source of light.

This book is a present from Bai Yi Ling's English teacher from school since Bai Yi Ling got 1st place again. There are two 1st place students in their family now, she and Bai Yi Ling. It is a Harry Potter book, the original English version, the first book. Bai Yi Ling had read maybe 1/10 of it, there are some note here and there. Even while reading a fictional book, she made it look like she is studying.

Seeing this, Bai Yi Yang open her phone and find a shop that sells original books online. All Harry Potter series has been released, so she put everything in her cart, she will ask Bai Yi Ling later if she love the story or not, if she does then she will buy the complete series, if not then she can find other book, let Bai Yi Ling have a read of the first book and decide if she need to buy her the complete series or not. Actually there are a lot of fiction books that is quite interesting.

Other than that, Bai Yi Fang also has taken interest in colouring. Its just that her way of colouring is a bit bizarre, her taste is choosing colour is odd yet they still look quite neat, so Bai Yi Yang wanted to buy her more picture books for her to colour. Maybe some good colour pencils too. Bai Yi Fang is only 4 years old but her pen grip is very good, she is only a bit worse than the lazy Bai Yi Mo.

So, until Bai Yi Mo came to the Main house still feeling sleepy, Bai Yi Yang has been adding things to her shopping cart.

"Jie.." Bai Yi Mo call out and lie down next to Bai Yi Yang on the carpet. He hug Bai Yi Yang and his leg went on Bai Yi Yang stomach and continue to close his eyes, wanted to sleep some more. Bai Yi Yang let him be and pat his back. Bai Yi Mo only woke up fully when Bai Yi Fang come to disturb them on the carpet, the two children ends up tumbling and rolling messing up the big stuffed animals that was neatly arranged before.

Seeing them all awake and Bai Yi Ling being fed up with Bai Yi Mo and Bai Yi Fang messing up her bedroom, Bai Yi Yang got up. She didn't forget to tell the two kids to handle their mess. The children sigh but when they saw Bai Yi Ling's glaring eyes, they immediately complied.

Bai Yi Yang enter the kitchen after a quick face wash and brushing teeth to make breakfast. Breakfast today is simple noodle soup with vegetables and Shiitake mushroom, then deep fried crispy wonton. Bai Yi Yang quickly make the noodle while deep frying the wonton. She is used to making at least two dish at the same time, her Level 3 cooking skills is really useful, not only the food she cook become much more delicious, her multitasking ability in cooking is greatly improved too.

"Crispy wonton is delicious. I gave Cookie and Oreo each, they loved it." Bai Yi Fang said, munching on the crispy wonton. They usually had it made into soup, it's also delicious fried crispy like this, eaten together with soy sauce base dipping sauce that Bai Yi Yang made.

"The sauce is not spicy?" Bai Yi Yang ask Bai Yi Fang.

"Nope, I like spicy food." Bai Yi Fang answer, but her lips is red and swollen, she still didn't stop eating though. Bai Yi Yang smile at this.

"Next time I will make the sauce less spicy." Bai Yi Yang said.

"Then, that will be better." Bai Yi Mo answer instead. He is not like Bai Yi Fang who is a bit dumb when she is in front of delicious food, Bai Yi Mo stopped dipping the crispy wonton into the sauce after tasting the spiciness.

Bai Yi Yang and her younger siblings also enter the forest today. They pick some fresh mushrooms to be added to the one Bai Yi Chen pick yesterday and also keep some fresh one for them to eat, they also often give some to Old Zhou house and Old Jin who is living alone.

Bai Yi Yang didn't go to find Matsutake mushrooms today, she went to slowly take their time picking mushrooms that they wanted to eat.

"Right, eldest uncle family will be moving here today. Villagers will come to help, let's pick more mushrooms to be added in the dish." Bai Yi Yang said but Xiao Ling and Xiao Mo face doesn't look that good, only Bai Yi Fang answered her.

Last night, Zhou Zhu Yao called her to talk about Jiang Yu Zan's family returning to the village. Zhou Zhu Yao is also a bit angry towards Jiang Yu Zan because of the late Jiang Yu Tong, but Jiang Yu Zan is also good to Jiang Yu Tong before when they were young, what more, he really seems to have changed a lot when they saw him yesterday in the village.

"Then we don't have other way but to help." Bai Yi Ling said before continuing to pick the mushrooms. Bai Yi Mo also don't have opinion after that.

So, the siblings pick a lot of mushrooms, half is dried and the other half, they clean it with water, some are sealed and store in their fridge and some are packed for Old Zhou house and Old Jin, as for the rest, this will be given to Jiang Yu Zan family to be cooked later.

"Jie, eldest uncle is very pitiful. Yesterday, he seems to be very hungry. Does he not have enough food?" Bai Yi Fang ask as she help sorting out the mushrooms.

"Really?" Bai Yi Yang still ask although she can guess the family situation. After finding out about the bankruptcy, Bai Yi Yang ask TongTong to check if it is true or not.

The result is that the company really start having a bad slump about 3 years ago and it stared getting worse, the loan is also true, Jiang Yu Zan owe money to the bank and also some unreliable source. Finally about 1 year ago, he is declared bankrupt, the company was sold very cheaply because of the company's debt, it was attained by far bigger company who can pay off the debt. Jiang Yu Zan and his family is left with nothing, now Jiang Yu Zan is working as construction workers, the place they are staying now is also rented, it was very small and cramped too. He really experienced the lowest part of his life these past few years, that's why he changed so much.

"I think, he don't have money to even buy new shoes, they are very old, like our shoes before." Bai Yi Fang whisper.

"Is being poor embarrassing?" Bai Yi Fang ask. They were very poor too before, but she never feel embarrassed.

"It can be to certain people. Eldest uncle is used to be on top, but now he fell into this situation, it's possible that he may feel embarrassed if people talk about it." Bai Yi Yang explain.

"Okay, then I won't say it anymore." Bai Yi Fang answer. She make a gesture to close her mouth. This is the first time she heard people being embarrassed for being poor, but her eldest sister is always right, she knows a lot of thing so that must be true, she decided to listen to Bai Yi Yang.
