Chapter 22: The Brother And Commoners Surprise.

"We found somethin!" As Caroline heard that, she immediately rushed over to the voice.

"What is it?" She said in a calm tone. "This wall here.." Jack rubbed the wall. "I sent an electric current through it, and found out that it's a trap door." Hearing that, she put her hand on the wall.

"Back up." The students nodded and backed away. She then closed her eyes and sighed. 'Please be safe brother..' She started emitting a different type of wave that was slowly breaking the wall.

After about 5 seconds, she smiled. "Its open! Let's go save my brother!" The class cheered out besides one person. 'What about Haruto?..' Rei had a cute frown on her face. "Let's go save him guys!" She commanded and they nodded.

"Let's see what kind of treasure they had." Arthur looked over at me and nodded. We both then went back to the camp sight and smiled. "I hope its gold!" I exclaimed while rubbing my hands together.

"I hope it's a skill sheet!"

A what? What did you just say. "A what?" I slowly looked over at him. "A skill sheet! You...don't know what that is?" He question while tilting his head.

"No. I've...Never heard of that."

"I see.." He made a thinking face. "Its basically a scroll with a single skill in it that you can learn. Its random though, and the skill can be divided into 5 categories: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary. If the scroll is grey, it's common. If its green, its uncommon. If its blue, it's rare. If its epic, its purple. If its legendary, its orange."

I nodded at his explanation. 'I can't believe I've never heard of this before...' I shrugged it off, and went up to the chest. "Let's open it together." His eyes gleamed pink for a moment, then went back to normal. "Okay!" We both then placed our hands on the chest.

"3..2..1.." We opened it and was blinded by a light. "".....Woah...."" The light died down and we saw a chest full of gold. "Theres so much..." I put my hand through it, feeling around in the process.

"Look Haruto! A uncommon scroll!" He pointed to something in the corner of the chest. "Your right.." He then took it and motioned his hand towards the string to unravel it. 'Wait Arthur. Your doing it again..' The Selfish Prince thought to himself.

"Hey Haruto. Do you want to open it?" He asked me.

"No, not really."

I got two skills today. That's enough for me.

"Oh. Okay.."

His eyes started changing to blue, making me sigh out a bit.

"Let's....Open it together. That sounds like a plan right?" Hearing this, a small light shined in Arthur.

"Yes!"

We then held the scroll in both our hands. "Okay.." He pulled the string slightly and I finished it. The green scroll then disappeared and a panel appeared.

[Mapping skill.]

It appeared in front of Arthur's eyes as well. "I haven't seen this screen in a long time." Arthur said something, surprising me. "So, you see it too?" I asked and he nodded.

"A mapping skill though.." I do need one, but I don't want to learn it so easily like this. "You take it. I don't need it at the moment." Arthur looked over at me. "But...I don't need it too.."

Arthur has amazing mapping skills on his own. He spreads his magic out over a area around himself, and gets a full view of it. "Maybe we should keep it. Or sell it..." I suggested.

"Let's keep it. Skill sheets are very rare after all..." They are rare to find, and the rarity they give off is random too. Imagine looking your whole life for one, only for it to be common.

Just then, the ceiling started shaking. "Damn. Did your sister find us?" That was a joke and an actual question. "Y-Yeah! I think so.." He made a satisfying smile. "Hey! Can one of you come over here?!" I screamed at the women in the lake.

The one with dog ears heard me and decided to come over. "W-What is it?.." I touched her head and my body started twitching. "Arthur.." I turned towards him.

"Hm?" He looked at me and jumped. "Do I look beautiful.." I winked at him with a smile. "T-Thats creepy! How did you..." I transformed into this girl. It wasnt perfect as we had different eye color and I was taller too, but it still worked nonetheless.

"If your sister ask about me, say that I was eaten by a monster. I want to see her reaction." I then grabbed the small girl who was scared. "Please hid." I smiled at her and she rapidly nodded.

"Brother..." We looked up and saw her falling through the sky. "Pretend like I'm dead mane." I nudged him and he slowly nodded. "Are you fine?" She landed on the ground softly. The class followed behind her as well.

"Haruto..." Arthur was now crying while standing over a pool over purple goo. "What happened here?" Amy came forward and stood over the goo. "Me...A-And Haruto became trapped down here and... and...We fought some people, but he didn't make it.."

I was standing in the back with my head down. 'Hehe. Your really selling it.' A small smirk appeared on my face. "Soo...The commoners dead?" She said with a blank face. "Your calling him a commoner even when he's dead?!..." He slowly looked up at her.

"No way.." Everyone in class slowly put their heads down beside besides two people. Those two people then looked at each other and looked back.

"He isn't dead though." Everyone heard this and slowly looked towards the voice. "Yeah. He's...Over there.." Rei pointed in my direction.

"What? Commoner is that you?" Caroline looked at me. "Don't you dare lie either. Reina and Rei have been taught to tell people apart by smell."

What...In the hell. I could see Reina being able to do that, as shes a knight, but Rei too? "Sis! Stop playing around! H-Haruto...He's gone.." He got up with his head down. "She saw it all. Go on. Tell them." He turned back and looked at me with a smile.

"Y-Yes sir! Haruto sacrafied his life by jumping on me and taking a Axe in his back. That's probably why you smell him on me.." I wanted to see how far they'll go. "Haruto. Lying to the princess is a crime. You could spend up to 10 years in prison for it."

Hm? HM?! 10 years for lying?! Who the hell made that law?! Wait, she probably did. And knowing her, she'll definitely try to lock me in the bottom of the ocean to die alone.

"Fine.." I waved my hand and my actual self was shown. "You got me." Caroline saw me and sighed. The class saw this and smiled in relief. "Your a real piece of work you know that?" She then walked out to me and said "Did you think that I would feel for you if you died?"

Yes.

"Well your wrong. Your not anything special. You could die, and I would have a new slave 5 seconds later."

The tapped my face and turned around. "That's mean.." I turned around myself and walked over to the treasure boxes. "So. What...did happen?" Amy questioned out, causing the class to become curious as well. They saw the dead bodies on the ground, so it only made them more curious.

"Do you want me to tell you everything?" She nodded with a serious expression. "Okay then..." I started collecting my thoughts from what happened in the past hour or two.

"Me and Arthur fell down a trap door. We saw these tents and walked over to them. Inside the tents, we found women who had bruises and signs of them being raped. I tried to take action, but was then ambushed from behind.

They threw me out the tent and I landed next to Arthur, who was on the verge of passing out. I then took him into my shadow and we came up with a plan.

He made healing potions and we fed them to the girls. After that's was done, I took care of them. The end."

After my long speech, I gave a smile. "W-Where are the women now?!" Amy looked all around. "Well, ones here." The dog eared child popped up with a broken smile. "And the rest are over in the lake."

I pointed to the bright blue lake. "Satori! Go help them now!" She quickly nodded and ran off. Satori was someone who could liquify things. Make things into solids, and make things into gases too.

"Haruto. You and Arthur will be rewarded for this. You have my word." She bowed down to us with a resolute expression. "Oh, we better be." I then placed my hand out over the chest. It was soon sucked into darkness, causing me to smile.

"Brother. Did you use your own blood for making potions?" Caroline heard the whole explanation, but that was the only thing that stood out to her. "Yeah, so what? I was saving people and..." She stood over him.

"You don't use that for people like them. You... Our blood will never be used for lowly people like them." The sword on my back rattled. "But sis, I-"

"No. It doesn't matter if they were on death's door. You should have gave them a small healing grade potion." It kept rattling and I slowly reached for it. Arthur noticing this, pinched me on my side while shaking his head.

'Shes my sister. No matter how twisted her mind set is, I cant let you do that.'

'She's...pure evil though. We both see that..'

I realized that in order to do good, I must take in all the evil.

I will kill every last thing that threatens people, and turn their hate into good by releasing their souls. I'll take their hate, and they'll take my good.

'Please don't. Please..'

I heard his plead and stared. One day I will kill his sister. She's the biggest threat that stays on my radar.

"Fine" I said in a low voice.

I then stopped reaching. "I won't do it." I said outloud and he smiled. "Thank you.." He then turned back to his sister with a frown. "Listen. What I do with my own blood is none of your concern. This is the end of this absurd conversation." Hearing his words, Caroline nodded with a slight smile.

"Let's see what father has to say about this." Arthur shrugged his shoulders at her. "Tell him. Why don't you tell the whole kingdom as well? Say, 'Arthur used his special power to help people.' Go on. Say it."

Saying something to the king is no different from saying it to the whole kingdom since the king is the kingdom. He hears and sees everything. He knows everything. He is..Everything.

"Smh. Stupid brother. This commoner is affecting you. He's bringing you down to his level. Tell me, What happened to my brother who used to flip everyone off. What happened to the brother that spoke behind everyone's back. Where did he go?"

"That me from then died when I met Haruto. Trust me. I do regret some of the things I did in the past. I wish I could go back and change everything, but I can't. And now I have to live with that.."

He sighed out a bit.

"Caroline. Get yourself a friend. They change who you are. No matter if you were evil, horned, fat, or yellow. They'll always support you." He looked at me out of the corner of his eye.

"Friend huh? I have those.."

She looked away slightly.

"No, you don't. You control people sis. You 'Force' them to be friends with you."

She flinched at that.

"Start over. Maybe then.." He looked at me. 'Maybe then he'll let you go..' Thought Arthur. Hearing this, she bit her lip. She then opened her mouth, but no words left, causing her to walk away.

"Its gonna take some time.." Arthur sighed. "But she'll come through. Please wait until then.." He saw me as some type of Ghost rider. I do look into people and see their darkest secret, but I only kill those who's evil truly surpasses what the world can handle.

"Yeah. Until then.." I'll give her as much time as she needs. She just doesn't need to become more of a threat than she is during that time..

"Hm..."

I was now in the presence of the king with Arthur to my right side.

"I see.." He was reading a piece of paper while stroking his hairless chin.

"Haruto and Arthur Cambridge. You will be rewarded with anything of your liking for your heroic actions." Hearing that, me and Arthur smiled.

"Although, what you get is limited." Then what the hell do you mean, 'Of your liking'? "Please choose.." A man then came up and unwrapped his huge red and gold cloth. What was in the cloth consisted of weapons, money, keys, and scrolls.

"Keys?" I ignored everything else and picked them up. "Ah, Yes. Those are the keys to my daughters room. She actually suggested you take those, or they'll be consequence is what she said."

I threw the keys down and kept looking. 'Hm. I can technically do that right?' I could easily touch and copy these weapons. 'Yeah..' I felt over the weapons and nodded. They were only rare in rank but that's fine.

"Have you both came to a decision?" Arhtur had a scroll that increases his magic in his hand while I had..Keys. I'll just get yelled at later, so I might as well.

""Yes sir."" We said to him and he nodded. "Good. Now leave my sight." He put his hand out and we left.

"Your not gonna uhm.." He scratched his face with a blush. "Your not gonna come onto my sister are you?" What he said shocked me.

"I'll come onto your sister, when I let you come onto mine."

"So never basically."

"Yep!"

He sighed out, but formed his face back into a smile. "Shes going to give you the same treatment as Reina. You might as well be hooking up with her."

Hm? He said something, but I could really here it. "Excuse me. What does reina uh...What does she do to the princess exactly?" We stopped walking and he looked at me. "You see.."

He placed his hand on my shoulder. "My sister is too caught up at times, so she doesn't...Take baths too often." Oh, okay. So shes wants me to bathe her or something?

Noticing my expression, he shook his head in disappointment.

"Reina uses her tounge to clean her entire body."

I almost threw up.

"What?! I-Is your sister okay? Nah, don't answer that. Your sister is downright, Weird!" That's actually disgusting. Reina had to use her tounge and get between all of...That?!

"N-No. YYYYYou have to save me!" I bowed down to him. "I'm sorry. The best thing that I can say to do is don't show up." no. No. No! NO! I-I will not accept this!

"Oh good. You're already here." I started running away after hearing her voice. I didn't make it far however as she pinned me down. "Leave me alone sick bastard!" I struggled and struggled.

"You are my slave. You will do things like this."

"Unhand me women! Arthur, stop her!" He was already gone by the time I looked over. "Its time for my cleaning..." I will break out of this and kill you if you lay your hands on me!

"If you think about denying this, I'll tell my father that you tried raping me."

Mad.

This woman was mad.

Crazy, insane, those are words that made her seem sane.

'God. Please...I'm begging you..' A small tear left my eye. People in the medieval times barely bathe. Shes royalty and she doesn't do it. She literally had the personality of royalty, but the fucking hygiene of a peasant.

"Let's go." She picked me up. 'She does smell nice now though..' Like sweets or something. 'Maybe she'll go easy on me..' I sighed even though I knew this wasnt the case.

"Y-You smell nice.." I forced a laugh out. "Aw...Thank you. I used a perfume, so I could mask my musk walking here. It'll fade away though when we get back to my room, so don't worry." She gave me a wide smile, making me frown big.

"Your evil. I'll kill you someday."

"I'll like to see you try."

"Alright. You said it yourself.."

I'll be coming for her. I establish my kingdom and kill her in front of the city to show people what not to be.
