It was early morning and the sun had just begun to rise when I found that I was no longer in heat and it was time to make my escape. 


Looking to the still sleeping Travis I carefully got out of bed and searched for the clothing I hadn't worn in the past three days. 


My body screamed at me as I moved around from all the exertion and I couldn't help but curse these damn werewolf instincts that pushed me to do ridiculous things that a normal person wouldn't even think of doing. 


Fully dressed I took one last look at Travis before quickly bolting out of his apartment and out into the day. 


The streets were pretty empty as I began the walk of shame back to my home, allowing me the peace to be alone to my thoughts as I walked.
