Chapter- 51(Do you like terrors?)

Anos suddenly sweated and looked away while whistling, and Ophis seeing that narrowed her eyes as she asked,

"What did you add more?"

Anos thought for a moment and replied,

"Well, it's nothing much, but, whenever I have to send someone to the Abyss, I will call that door, and the door will look menacing, having skulls and other things, which I have yet to select."

Ophis sighed, as she imagined calling a gate like that, but she also felt the anticipation of seeing others reaction, and said,

"I think it's a good idea, I wholeheartedly support this."

"Yes! I knew you would understand it."

Anos smiled, as he also imagined others' reactions towards a gate like that, and Ophis seeing that smile, also smiled, and Anos then stood up and made Ophis sit on the sofa, as h went towards the instruments, and started working.

Meanwhile, Grayfia, Shirone, and Kuroka look around, as the latter two were curious about this place, and Grayfia decided to show them around, and while looking around, they came across a room, with written on the door,

'Welcome to the Terrors, those who know them know the true Joy'

Becoming curious, Kuroka turned towards Grayfia and asked,

"Grayfia-nee, what's inside here?"

Grayfia looking at the door flinched a little, which was missed by the other two, and looked at Kuroka, and smiled a little as she replied,

"Well, nothing, there are just some creatures trapped in here, ah, don't worry, they are all harmless, and they don't do anything."

Kuroka and Shirone nodded and opened the door, and missed Grayfia muttering,

"It's not my fault that they decided to enter there, definitely not....."

Upon entering, they saw the room, in full darkness, and occasionally, there were lights here and there, and Shirone seeing that trembled, and looked at Grayfia and spoke,

"Grayfia-nee-chan, why is there~ no light?"

Grayfia looked towards Shirone as her eyes shone and replied,

"Please wait a moment, I will turn them ON."

When Grayfia said that, the door behind them closed down, on its own, and making them unable to see a single thing, and Kuroka panicked, as she used magic to have some light, which failed miserably, and looked around and screamed,

"Grayfia-nee!, Shirone!, where are you?!"

Kuroka continued to look around and tried to use magic, but to no avail, she then stepped forward, and crashed in one of the containers and looked at what was inside, and she somehow saw, which she couldn't before, and saw a big blob of meat in the container, as the inside is bigger than outside, and while she kept staring, the blob of meat started to twitch, and a voice came from it,

"urgh...ah...grhh...ghrthh"

And the voice continued and the blob of meat's size increased, and several tentacles like things came from it, and started to roam around, Kuroka seeing that screamed,

"What in the hell is that!!?"

But no one answered her, except the tentacles, as eyes started to pop on them, along with mouths and looked towards Kuroka and a screeching sound came,

*Screech!!*

And the size of the blob of meat became bigger instantly, and the tentacles flew towards Kuroka's position, and Kuroka in fear slammed on the ground as she screamed,

"Help!!, AHHH!!"

But no other voice, other than the tentacles came, and Kuroka screamed, as the tentacles came towards her, but when it reached in the front, it slammed onto the glass, and a screaming noise came from the blob of meat,

"Urg!!!"

And Kuroka seeing that calmed down a little as she remember that there was a container, but not for more than a moment, as the tentacle smashed on the glass making the noise of slamming hard, and Kuroka, seeing that became even more fearful as she screamed,

"AHH!! Grayfia-nee!! Master!! Help me!!"

She became so fearful that she forgot to use her trademark, 'nya', and soon, an explosion noise sounded,

*BOOM!!*

And Kuroka looked toward the glass and saw it covered with blood, and from a gap in-between, she saw various parts of meat littered around, and relaxed a little, feeling her anxiety going down a little, when, suddenly words started to be written on glass,

'HAHA COME AND ENJOY TRUE TERRORS'

Kuroka immediately stepped back and fall again on her butt, and screamed,

"Ahh WHat the HelL is wrong with this place!!"

Kuroka then stood up and ran towards another side, only to get slammed to the ground again, by another container, and stood up and looked in the glass fearfully, and inside, she saw a plot of the black land, with a single humanoid figure, sitting in its knee, with its head down in the center, and Kuroka looked at it for a while thinking, 'Ahh finally something normal!!'

But her thoughts were cut off when she saw that figure lifting its head up and Kuroka seeing that immediately screamed,

"AAAAHHH!"

The figure looked at Kuroka, but the thing is, the figure had no eyes, or eyebrows, or ears, and the figure only have a mouth, which is wide open and having thousands of sharp teeth in it, and its nose is pointy, which made the figure more terrifying, and soon, a voice sounding from its mouth,

"DO You LiKE ThE TErrORS?"

Kuroka screamed even more, as the voice was full of insanity,

"AAAHHH! WHAT!!"

The figure seems to ignore her words and a new voice came, but this time, it was a mixture of many voices,

"Do YoU LiKE TeRROrS OR NoT"

Kuroka crawled backward, as her eyes glued towards the figure, and the figure slowly stood up, and walked towards Kuroka's direction as it sing,

"TeRRoRS Oh! TerRORs! 🎶

wE ALL eNJoY ThE TeRRoRS💥

COmE JoIN Us☠️

WE aRE TERroRS!💤

CoME!!💀 BECOMe A! TerROR!!,❌

JoiN US!!🎵🎶"

Kuroka looked at that figure, with her eyes full of fear and terror, and the figure suddenly jumped, and landed on the glass, as it opened its mouth, and a terrifying shriek came from it,

'AAAHHAHHAAHHHAH!'

Kuroka wasn't able to tell whether it was laughing or crying, and suddenly, a crack sounded, the crack of glass breaking,

*CRACK!*

And Kuroka became even more fearful, as she thought that the glass cracked, and started crying,

"Wahh! ah! wahh!"

But the figure seems to ignore that, as it again spoke, as the cracking intensified,

"WhY WOn'T YoU JoIN uS We WilL ShoW yOU THe TERroRS!!"

And Immediately, a loud cracking sounded,

*Crack*CRack!*

And the sound became continuous, and Kuroka immediately lost consciousness, and laid on the ground, as her face filled with tears.

The figure seemingly looked towards Kuroka and spoke but in a normal voice this time,

"Tch.. Master said it would be interesting, and we will gain someone to toy with, but it looks like this is the wrong person, Tch.. We hope that Master soon send someone interesting here..."

Saying that the figure went back towards its initial position, and the lights started to turn ON in the room, and Grayfia came towards Kuroka and looked at her with a wry smile, as she spoke,

"I don't think that she would be this much terrified, but I guess it's normal, or I am also becoming more abnormal, who knows..."

Grayfia had Shirone in her arms sleeping, as she can't let a child like her experience something like that, she then picked Kuroka, and placed her on her shoulders, and walked out, but before that, she looked back and thought, 'I am starting to think of things like this as normal now..' sigh' but I think it made me feel closer to Anos-sama.'

Thinking that she went out of the room and closed the door, and the letters on the door changed,

'Welcome Terrors!!, ThoSe WhO kNoW ThEM, KNoW ThE TRuE JoY'

Grayfia sighed again, as she went towards a resting room, and placed both Kuroka and Shirone there, and changed their clothes to a comfortable one, and stepped out, and went towards the Workshop where Anos is working.

Grayfia then entered the workshop and saw Ophis sitting on a sofa, and Anos working on some metals, she then stepped in front of Ophis and asked,

"Ophis-sama, do you want any type of refreshments?"

Ophis shook her head as she spoke,

"No, and came, sit beside me."

Ophis indicated Grayfia while patting the empty seat beside her, and Grayfia nodded and sat beside her, and Ophis said,

"If this was you from before, you may have started to make excuses for not sitting."

"Well, time changes everything, and I knew that I can't be a proper maid all the time when I am beside you and Anos-sama."

"Well, I think that it's a good chance, as you are the one whom Anos loves, not the one who is always trying to act stiff."

"I know, Ophis-sama."

"It's good, and I think that this one suits you more rather then acting stiff, and it brings more of your charm out."

Ophis said with a small smile on her face, and Grayfia blushed, as she is still weak to sincere praises like that.

After that, they talked about random things until Ophis asked,
