Silence

Everyone in the fell to the ground when suddenly the room was bright.

"I don't like to a be a third wheel," said lei as he puts his gun away." Ohh and I refuse the same way I refuse this trade is the same I think I would end our partnership don't you thinking you," continued Lei.

Hearing his words the trio got up from the ground. "Mister Wang please forgive us you can't end the partnership with our company or it would crash," said the uncle begging Lei.

Lei looked at everyone in the room then smirked."How much do you bet," said lei as he opened the door. Leo left the room and went to where Zhao ai was. His hair was a bit messed up and his suit was unbuttoned which made her wonder what happened before she could say anything he had already grabbed her and brought her out of there.

The ride back home was quiet as Zhao ai examined him trying to figure out what happened in there.

"What happened," said Zhao ai in her normal voice. He looked at her yet again with the smile from earlier.

"Nothing important," he replied as he opened a drawer grabbing his computer." Just business stuff," he finished.

"Ohh," she said as she turned to face the window.

The rest of the drive home was quiet by the time they had arrived at the mansion it was dark already.

"Zhao ai go by yourself," he said still focused on his computer. "I have some work to do."

"What," she asked hoping for an answer."Doesn't have to do with them," she finished referring back to her family and the dinner.

"Sleep in my room tonight," he said ignoring her question as he looked up to her with the same angelic smile he had the entire day. Without saying another word she waved at him and left.

What was going on? Did something happen at the party? She went inside and headed upstairs to her room to shower and get ready to spend the night. After her shower, she headed to Lei's room as he ordered.

His room like always was neat and clean. She jumped on the bed then grabbed the pillow next to her then smelled it. It smelled just like him which made her smile. She sat up on the bed observing any other things she could do when she got called.

It was a grandmother this was the first time she had called her.

"Zhao ai is lei there," she asked. Her tone was uneasy which made Zhao ai worried. The last time her grandmother had such an uneasy tone. A person's soul left the surface of the earth.

"No, he left a while ago," answered Zhao ai. "Did he say where he was going?" asked her grandmother again.

Their conversation was interrupted by the sound of someone entering her grandmother's room and saying " His here." At the same time, the call was abruptly ended someone entered Zhao ai room. It was one of the bodyguards.

"Madam," she said as she stepped away letting a bunch of men enter. The men were holding boxes that were neatly wrapped.
